Unit's building is under construction due to hurricane damage. There is a great possibility of construction noise. Also, the building's elevator is down indefinitely.

Bask in the sunshine by the Gulf of Mexico at Clearwater Beach or relax in the shared, heated pool at Pelican Point right across the street from the beach. This sparkling condo has been completely renovated with brand new appliances, furniture, and everything in between! The kitchenette area includes a full-size refrigerator, microwave, blender, coffee station, plates, bowls, utensils, glasses/cups, and a smart TV. The living room area has a richly-designed futon which converts into a full-size bed along with a lift-top coffee table. There is an exercise and resistance band set for guest use and as well as provided equipment for the downstairs table tennis center. You can also just kick back in the bedroom and enjoy your favorite show or movie on the 55-inch smart TV, or use the free WiFi to share highlights with friends and family back home.

This condo is situated in the middle of the number one rated beach in America. Enjoy upbeat restaurants nearby, or explore miles of the warm and welcoming powdery-white sand. Great Stay
This room offers the perfect location. You can park your car and not have to move the entire stay. Beach access was across the street, restaurant was next door, general store was a 5 minute walk, and there was a delicious little ice cream spot right past the hotel. The room was very clean upon arrival and the beds were comfortable. Has everything that you need for your vacation. Microwave and fridge were a nice touch! I would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Clearwater Beach.

Loved being so close to the beach. The beach was crowded, but we took too lovely sunset walks during our stay. The living room seating wasn't comfortable, so we watched TV from the beds, which wasn't ideal. The condo was comfy and the decor very beachy.

Girl’s Trip
Three of us stayed for a weekend getaway to run a race there at Clearwater beach. The listing is accurate and the condo had what we needed. It is a converted hotel room so it is smaller but it was fine for the three of us. My only complaint that can’t be helped by the owner is that there is only space to park one car. Additional parking if you have more than one can be somewhat costly at the beach. Would stay here again for our next trip!

Clearwater Beach Stay
I enjoyed my stay, the unit was as advertised, the part about having an “ocean view”, it is a very limited view from the unit, due to all the high rise resorts. But just a two block walk, and you are on the beach. Due to this particular unit being privately owned, the property manager is not on site, but they communicated everything needed prior to check-in. I didn’t have any issues to have to contact the property manager. The a/c unit kept the unit cool enough, but clothing didn’t seem to get completely dry, and this was not the hot and humid season. I would stay at this unit again.

Very nice place, needs a few updates.
Comfortable and clean! Perfect for our family of 5 and grandma! The pull out sofa is not meant for 2 people unless it's kids. It's a trundle style so you're practically on the floor. My mom ended up just sleeping on it as a regular couch which meant me, my husband and 3 kids had to share 2 full beds. Blinds were missing slats and were barely functional without more slats falling out. This room faces a main road, so we could change in the bedroom since the blinds werent able to provide privacy. Shower rod wasn't secured properly and fell during our stay. However, vacasa was awesome at getting someone out immediately to take care of it and made us feel like our safety and comfort was a priority. Blinds weren't fixed during our stay, but issue was communicated to owner. If these issues are addressed, we would gladly stay there again as it was a very nice place otherwise and Pelican Pointe property is very well taken care of.

Great location !
Very clean and well-stocked unit right in the middle of everything. You can even see the ocean (through the building in front of you) from the front “porch.” At first we were worried about possible noise from the street or children playing in the pool, but everything stopped right at 10:00pm and it was very quiet. Great beds!
