The Space:
Situated on a rare private beach, just 12 steps between you and the sand below. This oceanfront condo offers stunning and unobstructed views of The Gulf of Mexico with the most beautiful sunsets in the world, dolphins, marine life, and all of nature's beauty from inside or out of this 4-bedroom condo with plenty of bars and restaurants just a short walk away for you to explore. Perfect for families and large groups (sleeps up to 14) Max occupancy 24. In-suite washer/dryer for your convivence.

Important note: this home is on the second floor. Guests must be able and willing to climb a single set of stairs to access unit.

Indian Rocks Beach is a quaint and welcoming community centrally located between Clearwater & St. Pete. Countless dining, nightlife, and a host of other entertainment options await you. You're within walking distance to several dining and shopping options just north on Gulf Blvd. Around town, John's Pass, our county's busiest tourist attraction is 6 miles south on Gulf Boulevard. Restaurants of all flavors and price ranges line Gulf Blvd. in both directions between St. Pete Beach to the south and Clearwater Beach to the north.

Additional attractions within 30 minutes include: The Clearwater Aquarium, featuring Winter the Dolphin from the acclaimed Dolphin Tales, New York Yankees Spring Training facility & games, historic Ybor City, and the beautiful Dali Museum in downtown St. Petersburg.

Getting Around:
Getting around is simple, with around-the-clock rideshare availability, and our very own “Jolly Trolley" offering bus service every 20 minutes at all points between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach! Uber/Lyft options are available 24/7 based on availability. We generally advise guests rental cars are not required. Spread your wings to enjoy Tampa, Orlando, and many other popular destinations just a day trip away

Other Things to Note:
Rocks #17 is strictly non-smoking. Evidence of smoking inside or outside a unit will result in assessment of a $500 deep cleaning fee. There is a designated smoking area on the SE corner of the complex by the street.

Must be 25 years of age or older with valid credit card to book, and valid ID is required at check-in.

Self check-in is available 24 hrs. a day.

Parties and large gatherings are not permitted in the unit. Maximum occupancy AT ANY TIME is 24 people. Please inquire if you have specific questions about gatherings. Failing to adhere to this limitation will result in immediate termination of rental agreement without refund.

Please be respectful of the guests before and after you by adhering to published check-in time of 4:00 p.m. and check-out time of 10:00 a.m.

We will never charge a "resort" or management fee of any type. Total price of your stay includes cleaning and all applicable taxes.

Please note if you have purchased an insurance damage waiver you have purchased is for accidental breakage or loss of items inside the unit only. Intentional or negligent actions will not be covered. Negligent, intentional, or fees such as those for excessively soiled or missing linens and towels from the unit, excessive cleaning charges, smoking, pet, and over-stay charges are not covered by the waiver and will be charged against the credit card on file used for this transaction. Guest authorizes us to charge this card in the event any of the above charges are assessed.
