New 2024 Remodel - 2 BR 1.5BA - Madeira Norte #407

Madeira Norte #407 - Wonderfully updated Madeira Norte unit at Johns Pass. The June of 2024 completed renovation includes a new kitchen with granite counter tops, new cabinetry, new appliances. All new flooring throughout, new baseboards, new bedding, new paint and new crown molding.

Enjoy peace & quiet of being located on an upper floor with incredible views of the beach and gulf & John’s Pass Village from the 30ft balcony. The beach side location also provides the benefit of night-time views over John’s Pass Fishing Village, or view boats traveling up the intracoastal waterway. With 940 square feet of living space, Beachy colors and an open airy layout there is plenty of space for everyone. Two bedrooms with spacious closets and 1 and a ½ baths. Ample seating is provided in the dining and living areas. The private balcony may be accessed from the living room as well as the master bedroom, offering welcome shade until late afternoon.
#407 sleeps four comfortably with 1 king and 2 twins (no sleeper sofa). Free WIFI. TV's in the living room and master bedroom. Please note this condo does not have a landline phone.

Please note the Rules and Regulations for Madeira Norte Condominiums prohibit motorcycles on the property. The Board of Directors has authorized the removal of motorcycles via a local towing company.

There is one assigned parking spot for this condo. Only one car can park at Madeira Norte. Additional parking spots are not provided to Madeira Norte Guests.

As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including fax, copy, and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available as well as an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking home.

Of course, a top attraction is the premier location this condo offers. Near all amenities, including BBQ facilities, pool, and of course, one of the most beautiful beaches in all of Florida - Madeira Beach. John's Pass Village is directly across the street. This #1 tourist attraction is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This Gulf getaway has something for everyone, including dolphin watching, water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.
