Great location and overall good stay. Was disappointed that we had to purchase many basics that I think should have been included for all of the fees. Stayed 5 nights and only had 2 trash bags. No dishwasher detergent or dish soap when we went to do dishes. Rewashed many dishes before use questioning if soap had been used. Couldn't find trays for air fryer/toaster oven so couldn't use it. Plenty of coffee filters! Had to buy more toilet paper and paper towels, but owner did say that in description when we rented so knew, but think it isn't that expensive to have a little more for people to use. Bought our own hand soap and toiletries. Owner did have a tiny bar of soap in bathroom for use, but nothing in kitchen. Bought laundry soap, but that was anticipated. Great washer and dryer. Not spotless clean. No instructions for when we left. Had tornado warning while there and no idea where to go. A simple book of what to do if... and great places to go would have been nice. Appreciated early arrival with storm warnings. Lots of road noise when sitting on patio outside but loved outside seating. Beach super close and that was the very best part! Loved that they had beach chairs and beach towels for our use. Good stay overall, but not as nice as other unit we stayed at in same complex. Owner was very nice, wish I could have only said wonderful things. Just a few things could have made a big difference. Give it a try, maybe these things will be better! dishsoap

Perfect week
The condo worked well for three senior women. It's walking distance to anything you might need and the beach is beautiful. It was our second stay and we'll be back next year but trying out a different unit. Brittany did a great job getting the unit ready for us and it was great to get in and get comfortable after a long plane ride. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Love this condo!
We loved the condo and will return! The property is great, but I especially like that there are plenty of beds. The only downside was that it was hard for us to all veg out on the couch and watch tv together and also there wasn’t a lot of room to put all our clothes, but that didn’t affect us enough to keep us from returning. There were parts of the condo that weren’t perfectly clean, so if you’re a perfectionist, be aware…but if you are like us and know that it’s going to be dirty within an hour of being there, it was no big deal. The linens, towels and toilets were all very clean.

Great week on St Pete Beach
This condo is in a perfect location. It is walking distance to many stores and restaurants. The pool is great and it’s so easy to walk to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed the chance to get warm and have some great sunshine. We’re already planning to return.

Don’t even try.
Checked in to property, stayed there 10-15 minutes before requesting a refund. House reeked of cleaning solutions that was used to mask up the smell of smoke. My son was having a reaction to the cleaning solution and having an attack, so we immediately left and requested a refund. Refund provided and thought that was the end of it. Only reason I’m writing this review is what happened after. Brittany contacted Vrbo and told me we stayed at her property and left it filthy. We literally stayed there 10-15 minutes. She stated we left food in the fridge, upon arrival there was already alcohol and some kind of food in there. I even joked with my wife that we have free beer for the stay, but Brittany said we left that there. And I’m not sure how we could have left the property dirty after coming in and out quickly. We definitely didn’t, and her cleaning people are terrible at their jobs and we are now being blamed. Don’t stay here, the location is terrible and the property isn’t what is advertised.

Great place!
Happy we stayed here! The property is in an excellent location, right on a beautiful beach and close (walking distance) to stores/restaurants. The condo unit was clean, comfortable and well-appointed. Enjoyed the pool, too - definitely would stay here again!

The condo was clean, nicely appointed, comfortable beds and decorated very pretty. It had beach chairs and umbrellas which were appreciated. It is located on a busy section of roadway so outside noise was always present. Other than that, it was a lovely stay with beautiful beach.

Gorgeous beach
The unit was exactly what you see in the pictures. The living room and bedroom furniture and TVs are new. The beds are super comfy. Took a little while for me to get used to the bunk beds. Just had to be careful sitting up :) The building is smaller than a lot of the area which was really nice. Not as many people around and pretty quiet. Pool is medium sized but never had an issue getting a chair. The beach access is fabulous! Far enough away from the public beach and large resorts. Nice flat area for walking the shore.

I loved this property. It was convenient for pool and beach side and was surrounded by great places to eat and drink at. The only downside is the property only gives one garbage bag, one paper towel roll, and two rolls of toilet paper - no matter how long you stay…

Bright, Clean with a Large Balcony
Great condo, very clean, roomy, huge balcony. The only down fall is it is closest to the road so you do not have any peace and quiet as you sit out on the balcony. We discovered the undertow beach nar our last day, I wish we would of made it there on day one, we would of spent a lot of time there, what a great place!

Communication was good with VRBO. We loved the location. My only concern was that I thought the condo could have used a more thorough cleaning (bathrooms and kitchen, especially). I liked that there were some beach supplies readily available. I would rent this again.
