The Love Shack is designed just for couples with a pink kitchen, and lots of heart and pink accents! Cozy up on the couch and watch a movie, or play a unique card game designed to bring couples closer! The bedroom features a faux fireplace and lots of warm lighting ambiance to create a sweet experience. The apartment is located in Central St. Pete making everything close enough for enjoyment!

The love Shack is a sweet little space to unwind after a long day of adventuring the St. Pete area.

Everything inside the apartment is of course private for your use only. All outdoor spaces (including the pool) are going to be shared spaces among the other 5 units at the small complex.

I love interacting with my guests, however that interaction is totally up to you! You may see me on site tending to my gardens, or just doing general maintenance and I'll be sure to say hi!

A quiet and very residential street - there is a cute little community baseball field just across the street from us. Lots of pine trees and oak trees line our property

I would definitely recommend renting a car for your stay - we are about 15 mins from PIE airport and 25 mins from TPA.

DOWNTOWN ST PETE is a 10 min drive and all of the beaches are betwee 15 - 20 mins from our apartment.

interstate 275 is just a 5 min drive from our apartment, so you can get anywhere pretty quickly!

The love Shack is apartment #2 of the small 6 unit building. All outdoor spaces are shared and the home does come with 1 secured parking space. I do have some extra "visitor spaces" so please lmk in advance if you are anticipating on utilizing one of those spaces.

Please note - there is NO smoking inside the home. There is a $500 fine at minimum for smoke remediation inside the home. There are dedicated smoking areas OUTSIDE where you can smoke if you'd like. If smoking inside is discovered during your stay, you will be removed from the property immediately with no refund. Please respect the home and property by smoking outside and disposing your cigarette butts outside as well. Thank you

Please note there is a pet fee of $100 PER PET - upon the completion of your booking I will request the additional funds for any additional pets

Please note this is a commercial property with a commercial pool. Although we do get the pool serviced 2x a week - we do not have control over weather conditions that may affect the pool in-between services. No refunds will be provided if there was perhaps a storm that came by in-between scheduled services that prevent anyone from enjoying the pool. In addition, the health inspector does come by every 6 months and almost every time, there is a new code rule that may impact availability. We will not be providing any refunds for these occasional inconveniences. They happen every so often - if you have questions about the pool availability please inquire before you complete your reservation as I do realize this may affect your vacation and enjoyment of the home and property. We do our best to keep things 100%, but sometimes it is just not possible due to extenuating circumstances described above.

We do have a washer and dryer available on site at the small apartment complex. Please note there are 6 apartments at the small complex and each apartment has a day that is dedicated to them for personal use of the laundry facility. Sundays are first come first serve.
