PLEASE CONTACT ME BEFORE BOOKING JUST TO MAKE SURE I CAN ACCOMODATE YOU COMFORTABLY. I have it listed with other sites so just want to avoid the hassle of canceling etc. Just a quick hello, I would like to book these dates would be wonderful. I would greatly appreciate it.

Front unit in a one story Triplex.

Large windows very bright and sunny.

Two Bedrooms one Bathroom, Laundry and Large Living Room and Nice Kitchen. All updated and fresh.

All kitchen items are there. We have two TV but NO CABLE. Free High speed wife. Also have HDMI cable you can connect your laptop to the TV.

Few days or long term.

Sleeps 6 comfortably, but I purchased additional full size mattresses that i can deliver and you can add them to the bedrooms or in the living room if you have a large family for example.

NO PARTIES! Not a good place to have a party, quiet area with family next door.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL SCAM!!!
This property is absolutely NOTHING of what it says clearly the property says “Beach” property absolutely NOT 15 mins from the beach!! This is a small apartment not a condo on a bottom floor because there is no top floor to be a bottom floor it is located in a very horrible area definitely not a place you would want to leave a car unattended much less my teenage daughters sitting right outside the door! There is not 1 but 3 broke down cars in the drive way, Then it list cable and internet but with receiving check in instructions I was told I would need to bring a laptop or some device to connect to the tv if I would like to watch Tv. We contacted property management as soon as we realized the area was very unsafe for us everything else was a little upsetting that we paid for things that wasn’t true but the feeling of not being safe was the call for us and the property manager was VERY VERY disrespectful to my husband when expressing our concerns and he told my husband “if your driving that expensive of a truck with a boat why would you even stay in a condo anyways” there was no care of what he posted about the property knowing it was nothing of what he said it was and kept every single dollar we paid!! We filed a claim with VRBO to inform them everything about this listing is a lie!! Don’t Let Them Get You!!!
