If you are looking to stay for the remainder of 2024, our availability calendar will be up to date and we would love to host you. Please be aware that you may experience less amenities, some intermittent beach inaccessibility due to ongoing restoration, and less restaurants and activities in the area through the end of 2024. If you prefer a unique view, this condo is located on the very tip of the island. The breathtaking view from the private balcony and the master bedroom is of Blind Pass (the opening between the Intracoastal Waterway and the Gulf of Mexico. You may see dolphin, sea birds and boats on the water right outside your sliding doors as the tide moves in and out of the Pass. The fully equipped, newly renovated kitchen features granite counter tops and state of the art appliances. Everything you need to prepare a delicious meal for the family! The condo has stunning wooden floors throughout. Washer/Dryer in the condo, free Wifi and free parking is available. Plus, you just walk across the property to the beach.

**Please Note: As of November 15th 2023 - The Land’s End Community Association will collect a one-time fee in the amount of $50 per condo upon entry, to include one car if needed. A 2nd car will be an additional fee.**

Land’s End is located on Treasure Island at the end of a peninsula and is surrounded on 3 sides by water; the Intracoastal Waterway to the east, a pass to the south and the Gulf of Mexico to the west. This community is loaded with amenities to keep anyone entertained! Large, heated pool, 2 hot tubs, sand volleyball court, tennis and pickleball courts, charcoal grills and gazebo area for your outside dining nights, a boardwalk that wraps around the community for your morning exercise, shuffle board, direct beach access and all within this beautifully landscaped community.

For family-friendly fun while visiting Treasure Island, hop on the Suncoast Trolley and you will be able to explore all of the unique beach communities from Clearwater Beach to Pass-a-Grille. Take a short drive over to the Clearwater Marine Aquarium. Head West to Madeira and visit the Alligator Discovery Center in town, take a walk on the boardwalk while shopping at John’s Pass Village. After your adventures, have a bite to eat at the many fantastic restaurants Treasure Island has to offer such as The Pearl Restaurant, Caddy’s, The Boardwalk Grill and many more! No matter what you decide to do, you'll have plenty of happy memories to take away!
