Johns Pass Fisherman's Cove & Cottage

Water Front Newley Renovated 2-bedroom 1-bath cottage with its own entrance. No expense spared. Quality Linens, Smart Televisions in both bedrooms and living room, Sectional sofa, full kitchen and smart locks. This house is appointed with a King Size bed in the Master and a queen size bed in the second bedroom. Very comfortable for 4. This property is situated on a quite water front cove where 4 commercial fishing boats dock. If you get lucky enough you may run into the captain and crew either before or after their trip docking their vessel. Just under 150 steps to Village Blvd in the heart of Johns Pass historic fishing village. Johns Pass offers Shopping, restaurants, outdoor Bars with bands, water sports, tiki boat tours, ice cream shops and Fish Famous Wild Seafood Market at Dons Dock. Come watch a commercial fishing boat unload their catch on the boardwalk above Dons Dock. Or take a quick 5-to-7-minute walk down the boardwalk to our beautiful beach for a day of fun in the sun or to wind down and watch one of our stunning sunsets.

Please bring all personal hygiene products. We will only supply paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap and hand soap.

We have Two Nautica Back Pack 5 position lay back beach chairs in the unit. We have beach towels but they are just basic beach towels like you see at a hotel. If you want the really large beach towels I would recommend bringing.

No Smoking - If you smoke we will charge a $250 Cleaning Fee.

Great Stay
We were booked for 11 nights. The location was great- walking distance to everything. The cottage had everything you needed and the living area was large and open. The patio was perfect and we had an abundance of wild life to keep us entertained. It was a fantastic stay!!

Material Beach getaway
This little bayside 2 bedroom was so cute. It was quiet and very private.but very close to food, shops and the beach. The property management keeps the property clean and they are very easy to contact and communicate with. I hIghly recommend this property if you are wanting a small quiet place to relax and have easy access to eberything in the area.

The house was really clean and updated, my family enjoyed the waterfront at the back practice throwing their fishing lines. And we like that its very close to Johns pass marina boardwalk. We enjoyed our mini vacation in Madeira beach.

Perfect location to enjoy the beach and within walking distance to live music, great shopping and John’s Pass. The house is so nice and we loved sitting on the patio watching the dolphins and fishing boats come and go. Vicki and crew are awesome. They made sure we were settled and had everything we need. The perfect vacation cottage
I really can't give Vicky's cottage enough praise! It was perfect - from all the basics like the beds, bathroom and living area to the location and the patio with stunning views and the daily visits from the Dolphins! Perfect Honeymoon Retreat
Vicky was the sweetest to communicate with. We booked this cottage for our honeymoon week as we wanted to be close to the beach and also close to shops and dining so we wouldn't have to drive much. Perfect location!
We absolutely loved our stay! We watched every day for the dolphin, but missed the one day he came. We did get to hand feed cranes off the back yard and caught 3 fish. The home is very comfortable and is walking distance to everything. We will definitely be back soon!
