Huge Waterfront Condo With Heated Pool.

Enjoy the warm Gulf breezes as you sit on your waterfront balcony. This 1400 sq ft condo is one of the largest in the area. It's great for a romantic getaway or family time together. You'll have one king size bed, one queen size bed and one full size bed. Maximum occupancy is 6 people. Very large master bedroom with sitting area. Enjoy the beautiful balcony after a day at the beach. Hi Speed Internet with WiFi

The beautiful interior includes a full kitchen with granite countertops AND washer/dryer. You have a gorgeous view of the intercoastal waterway from the balcony, you can watch the dolphins and manatees play.

There's a 2 car car port, private pool, beach chairs, toys and towels. The beach is about 150 steps away. When you get tired of relaxing on the sand or reading by the pool, there's even a private pier that is yours to watch the boats or catch some fish.

Restaurants and shops are close by, some even within walking distance. A trolley takes you up and down Gulf Blvd so you can explore all the beaches. There's a stop next to the condo property. All you have to do is show up, sit back and enjoy.

We have taken extra precautions to make your stay as safe as possible. Our housekeeper is spending extra time to make sure that everything is as clean as possible. We use disinfectant for sensitive areas such as kitchen and bathrooms. We have extra bed linens so that we can rotate the bed sheets and ensure that all bed sheets used have been stored after cleaning for one week.

Our condo association is one of the smallest of the beach, with only 16 units. This reduces the number of people using the pool, and the common areas. Our condo is located far away from any public parking places, so the only people on the beach are from the local houses, and the beach area closest to our condo is one of the least crowded even during the middle of the summer. We also communicate with all our guests to make sure that we are informed of any health issues that may occur. Our condo is on the 3rd floor, and we do not have an elevator in the building.

Awesome place . 2 minute walk to beach. Beautiful view of the inner coastal from the deck. Saw Dolphins swimming in the inner coastal. Condo clean and up to date with very nice furniture. Restaurants are close and in walking distance. This is our 3rd consecutive year staying in this complex . Love Indian shores !!!!

Great stay at Indian Sands condo
Really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Very quiet complex with only a few buildings and a small number of units per building. Beautiful view of the Intercoastal. Enjoyed the balcony and view. We even saw some dolphins and manatees in the mornings. Parking located underneath with room for 2 and a garden hose to rinse off the beach gear. We leveraged the beach access located nearby which is just a 5 min walk and enjoyed some food at the nearby Caddy’s restaurant and pub (walking distance as well). The unit had a well stocked kitchen with everything we needed! The master bedroom mattress was very comfortable! Our favorite so far in the condos we have rented in the past in this area. Great size unit with plenty of space. The owners were great to work with and responded quickly to our emails. Would definitely recommend this unit to others and would stay here again in the future.

Condo was very clean and accommodating. Back deck overlooking the inter coastal waterway was nice. My daughter caught a catfish fishing off the little personal pier. Beach is a quick walk. Pool was nice and the kids loved it. Owners were very responsive to any questions we had.

Wonderful location in a quiet area of Indian Shores...the condo was very comfortable and on the intercoastal waterway with great views from the deck. This condo is on the top floor and very quiet. Bedding/linens /towels were of good qulaity. Though the condo was clean, it needs an overall "freshening"...some areas need TLC. I can imagine that it is hard to stay after with a rental that has guests one after another. When do you fix/repair/spruce up when there is no time in between guests? The hosts were excellent and responsive...we had a great time. Thanks!

Ten Stars at Indian Shores
This was our first visit to Indian Shores and our first stay at Patrik & Eva's condo. What a gem on both counts. Their very spacious condo would get ten stars from us if we could do that. Every possible need was taken care of from kitchen to beach. Amazing how they have set up their place. View from the balcony overlooking the intercoastal waterway was fabulous. Just sitting there watching the boats go by was so relaxing. Fishing from the dock yielded snook, lady fish and even a flounder!! Very comfortable living area. Clean and as I said very well set up. Everything needed was there. Communication with the Albertssons was superb. Have a question, which we did before and during, and their response was within an hour or so. Never experienced anything like that in many trips to Florida. Thank you to them for all of their suggestions for restaurants, etc. Many top quality restaurants nearby. The area their condo in is a non-busy area of Indian Shores. Hop skip and a jump to the beach. Very clean and relatively private beach area. Indian Shores is our new favorite area of Florida. Can't wait to visit again!! Fifteen days of perfect weather with just a touch of a shower on day 15. Well done Patrik !! Thank you for sharing your condo. All around ten stars !! Definitely recommend to anyone to rent this condo. Pictures are exactly as condo looks. Patrik was quick to respond when I emailed him. We did not run into any issues/problems and in fact there was more provided in the condo than we expected. Balcony is toasty in the morning but great shade in afternoon and evening when you need a break. We did see a dolphin one day and some other renters in the complex said the manatee swan right under the dock. The beach wagon was a god send to lug all of our beach chairs and cooler to the ocean, which is right across the street. Thank you for sharing your condo with us.

I never write reviews, but this place and the owners are a real gem. I’ll start with the owners. Patrik and Eva were absolutely amazing to work with. I have never experienced such great communication with a property owner before. From the booking process, to check out, they were absolutely wonderful. This place is a perfect hidden gem. When you read the reviews, and see that it is just a short walk to the beach, don’t be skeptical. It is an extremely short walk. We have a three year old, and it literally took us about two to three minutes to be from the property to the beach. From the balcony, you have a really nice view of the inter coastal, where we saw dolphins swimming on two separate occasions, and spent countless hours in the morning and evening watching the boats come in and out. I even fished off the dock a few times, and caught a few fish. If you are looking for a nice quiet property that is literally steps from the beach, book this place! My three year old daughter summed up our experience here the best. When she woke up on the last morning, and we told her it was time to leave, she said, “ I don’t want to leave this house.” Well said. I didn’t want to leave either.
