Enjoy the big screen TV in the living room and bedrooms, enjoy the beautiful large front porch that overlooks the bridge of John's pass. All rooms have TVs. There are 2 full bathrooms, with tub and shower in both.
This unit was updated with paint, flooring, granite countertops, new cabinets facings, new microwave, new furnishings, including new memory foam beds for great sleep.
Washers and Dryers are in the building.

We provide the following. We provide a minimum of amenities, Bring your favorite shower and hair Soaps. We provide 4 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 soaps for dishwasher, hand soap, and dish soap. We provide linens and towels, and beach towels. We provide beach chairs and umbrella.

p.s. Cleaning i- Great measures to protect you. We do this to also keep our Beaches open for you.
We are taking the recommended steps as presented by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) for cleaning, disinfecting, and preparing our condo for your arrival. We are following the protocols laid out by the CDC and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for Hard (non-porous) Surfaces, Soft (Porous) Surfaces, and Electronics. The linens, towels, bedsheets, etc. are washed per manufacturers' guidelines. We are also stocking our condo with essential disinfectants and supplies to help you follow the CDC’s guidelines. We look forward to welcoming you to our condo and hosting your stay. Cleaning is by covid regulations.

1.) Do we have to go anywhere else first prior to checking into the condo unit? No straight to unit
Is there a front desk to go to, or an off-site office to go to first? First floor to get your pass. After hours, go next day and post name and phone and unit phone number on front end of your car. If there is a issue with anything, you contact me.
Or do we just go straight to the unit itself? Yes. Then go to first floor for parking pass.
2.) Is there a code to get into the unit? Yes, once proof of payment is complete. There is push button entry.
Our experience in the past is that the code changes from renter to renter. You will be given your code.
What is that code number or will it be given to us closer to our arrival time. Day before is best and text with your name or call.
Or are there keys for this unit? Yes in case of a emergency with the push button lock, we will give you access. You will not need keys. An emergency key is provided if battery in lock goes out. If that happens, call and we will give access to that key.
3.) How soon can we check in. We have 4 o’clock. But offer early ck in at 1 pm for $50.
4.) What time do we have to check out.?
9 am. This beats the rush.
5.) What are the instructions/expectations for check out? Usually there a specific things renters are requested to do prior to checking out. Take trash out and start dishwasher. Take your things home with you. $50.min. to ship back. Cleaners will leave in the office.
6.) Does the unit have a coffee maker or a Keurig?
Yes both.
7.) Are all bedding/pillows are provided, but can you confirm that?
Yes
8.) What is supplied. paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, bar soap, etc., but please confirm. Starter supplies of all of these.
9.) Are towels and wash cloths provided?
Yes, 1 of each for up to 10 people.
10.) Are beach towels provided at this condo complex? Yes
11) Are beach chairs provided, yes about 4 and an umbrella.
12) Parking - We have 1 parking spot for each unit. It is assigned parking. For extra parking, you will need to contact City of Madeira Beach.
