Welcome to our beautiful town of Dunedin. If you like the beach, walk, bike, eat, drink, or shop, this is the place to vacation. Situated in the heart of Downtown Dunedin, we are within walking distance to the Marina where you can see gorgeous Sunsets, eat a wide range of a variety of fine cuisine, indulge in some of Florida's finest breweries enjoy Ice Cream and so much more.
We are a short drive from Honeymoon State Park or take the Ferry to Caladesi Island with beachy white sand.

Accommodates sleeping 4. One bedroom and one pull-out queen sleeper sofa in separate room. There is also a living room separate from the sofa bed area.
Recently updated and very clean and cozy. Ground Floor.

Private Entire 1st floor with second means of egress

Only 1 car per unit on property. There is free parking spaces within walking distance.

We do have a boat for rent please ask for availability on.

Great Location
We had a wonderful stay at this downtown Dunedin house. The location was perfect—just steps away from great shops, restaurants, and the beautiful marina. The house was very clean, which made us feel right at home. However, it was on the smaller side—cozy, but a bit tight for just the two of us. The furniture was outdated, and the bed and pillows felt old and not as comfortable as we’d hoped. Still, it’s a great spot for a short getaway if you’re looking for a central location and a tidy place to rest. Just be prepared for a bit of a squeeze and some less-than-ideal furnishings.
