House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.
6. Docking of a boat or any other watercraft is not permitted at this property.
Parking:
This property provides 2 parking spaces.
Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels.
Within walking distance, you will find some of the best area restaurants and ice cream shops. As well as beachwear shopping locations.
The surrounding local area has some great day trips: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney are just two hours away.

The Premises are equipped with an alarm system and exterior security cameras. Cameras are installed primarily as a theft deterrent and to avoid police dispatch for false alarms. Security cameras are not monitored and should not be relied on for personal safety. No cameras are placed inside or with any view of the interior of the property. Alarm systems and security cameras may be used to verify compliance with rental policies.
