Get one of the rooms that is facing the Gulf of Mexico! It is breathtaking & won’t disappoint.
We checked in later in the evening and it was an easy process. Our room was an apartment efficiency style, and it was perfect for us. But I had a king mattress and a pullout couch. Full bathroom with walk-in tiled shower. But what really stood out was the balcony that had the breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico and the white sandy beaches that you could walk right out your door too. You don’t wanna miss staying here. It’s spectacular.

Relaxation
The condo had everything we needed. It was just my husband and I. We didn’t explore the island much. We just went to the beach and tiki bar. It was a nice relaxing long weekend that we needed.

Nice oceanfront stay
We picked this location for its oceanfront view. And in that way, it did not disappoint. I was pleased to see all their cleanup work from the hurricanes. The room is a simple studio. The balcony is nice with two chairs in the table and the bed slept well. There were a few issues with the property, however. It takes up to 10 to 15 minutes to get hot water. And when you sit on the balcony, the air conditioner blows hot air onto you and the air conditioner from above drips down. The appliances are also outdated but we didn’t use them much. All in all, it was a good stay. Just be aware. Thank you!

A week by the ocean
Great view my wife and I loved having coffee in the morning looking at the beach and ocean. Very comfortable bed. The room is just the way it looks in the pictures. Great location. Pool is smaller than it looks in the pictures. We never used the pool. Enjoyed the chairs and umbrella provided with the unit. All the employees work at Island Inn were friendly and helpful. Would definitely rent same unit.

Other than the dirty floors and walls; the peeling laminate in the drawers; there is only one chair on the patio that is away from the air conditioner which is a killer sitting next to. The views are marvelous and the location is fantastic. Only real complaint is that the property manager is being paid too much for the cleanliness of the individual condo

Location, Location
My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Island Inn. It was just what we were looking for. Steps away from the beach, clean and a great place to recharge. Nothing fancy but it had everything we needed. They are going to be completing some outside renovations and I can’t wait to see the new and improved exterior. We would definitely go back to this quiet, beach paradise.

Great unit at the Island Inn
This was our second time staying at the Island Inn, but first time in this unit. We really enjoy the Island Inn for many reasons. Great location near many restaurants and a Publix. Grounds and pool are very well maintained and Rick's Tiki Bar on site is an added bonus too! This unit was exactly as described. Very clean and bed was actually very comfortable! We enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrella provided as well. We would definitely return to this unit!

Treasure Island stay @ Island Inn
My mother and I thoroughly enjoyed our trip to treasure island! Yes, Island Inn is going through some major renovations (which we were made aware of ahead of time) but it truly wasn't a bother. Everyone working there was a joy to work with. The view was amazing and the beach was not overwhelmingly busy like further up and down the coast! The 2 men working with the cabanas and chairs at the beach were awesome too! Communication with the iTrip staff was amazing! They were so kind and helpful! Would definitely recommend and would definitely go back!

Filthy Unit
The unit was the filthiest place I have ever stayed! Upon opening the door the stench was overwhelming. Cleaning crew obviously did only the minimum. Floors and furniture were very dirty. It was obvious the floor hasn’t been cleaned in years. I did get a look at a couple other units and they were clean and inviting.

I guess it is what it is
When are you going in that it was Memorial day so we knew it was going to be busy down there. Until Saturday it was pretty much quiet considering. We had to pull to ourselves for a couple of hours before it got really busy. I concern when it started to fill up was that it seemed like there were a lot of people coming off the beach that weren't you in staying there so they could go to the Tiki Bar. One guy brought in a cooler even though they're not allowed that was full of white Claws and they were getting so drunk. There were children there but they didn't stay long.

Long hair left in vanity and shower. Cushions on balcony chairs tattered, comforter too small for bed and overall room was past it’s prime. Didn’t look as good as it did in photos. Beach was great

Wonderful beach vacation
Awesome location on the beach with a spectacular view. My husband, 5 year old daughter, and I had a great time here. The provided sand toys were a nice surprise for my daughter to build a sandcastle on the beach. The tiki bar downstairs makes yummy frozen drinks you can sip while relaxing by the pool. My only complaint (which is minor and doesn’t affect my overall review) is that the pullout sofa didn’t have any sheets or bedding. We found some extra sheets for the king size bed in one of the closets and made those work for my daughter to be able to sleep on the pullout sofa- luckily, she had packed her own blanket.

Cute place ! Everything I needed
I truly enjoyed my stay here. I loved the large bed right up next to the balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean. It was exactly what I wanted. I appreciated the kitchen amenities from the microwave to microwave oven. I didn’t realize they were beach chairs in the closet until I was leaving but that was a nice touch and available if I needed them. The beach was literally steps from my room as soon as I went down the stairs and out the door. There was also a pool that I didn’t use, but it was available if I wanted . I had a wonderful, relaxing weekend and slept great on the bed. Everything was clean and tidy. I would highly recommend.
