Cypress n Sun 4A on Gulf Condo is a 3 Bedroom - 2 Bathroom Beach Front Condo that accommodates 6 guests. You get the best of both worlds!!! Intracoastal waterways out the front and Indian Rocks Beach Access in the back. You will be sure to catch some beautiful sunrises and sunsets ! Very comfortable and accommodating property. Updated home furnishings will make staying in a pleasure. Kitchen has everything you need to make a meal or to take a beverage out on the deck and enjoy the scenery. Walking distance to a few shops and restaurants! Your own beach access makes it easy to pack up your beach wagon & chairs and head to the Gulf. Unit also comes with adult bikes you can take and tour the town of Indian Rocks Beach and Indian Shores. Across the street is also a fishing dock that's right on the Intracoastal waterway! Everything you need to make memories can be found at this condo.

Bedroom #3: 2 Twin Beds, Desk, 2 end tables, bookcase, TV, chair, ceiling fan

Guest Bathroom: Double vanity, soaking tub & shower combination

Laundry: Washer and Dryer closet

Deck: 4 Adirondack chairs with a bar top table, 2 ceiling fans

Beach Locker: 4 beach chairs, 2 boogie boards, beach wagon, cooler, Adult Bikes

No Grilling at this property. 2 reserved parking spaces

House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.

Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels.

The surrounding local area has some great day trips as well: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney is just two hours away.
