Cozy private 1 bedroom & bath Suite in the "Sunshine City" min's to beaches/city

We recently renovated our St Petersburg home and decided to share the private bedroom suite with guest visiting the area. The guest accommodation's are very quiet & allow complete privacy with separate bath, bedroom, and entrance. Enjoy meeting new people & cultures and share the fabulous places to visit in the bay area! Relax on the new patio with new terracotta paver's and sun-sail shade structure. We wanted to create an ole' "Florida" style cottage with the oak looking floors, & wains-coating. Lots of tropical flowers & wild grasses allow to relax with a fun beverage of your choice. The suite is quiet & self contained with private locked access. Close to downtown and the beaches. Closest beaches include Madeira, St Pete, Sunset Beach, Pass-A-Grille, & Reddington. Book your room today and visit our little paradise! Note there are a total of two separate suites with-in the home should you require additional space. A common area outside your suite allows access for upstairs guest.

This was the perfect little cottage for a couple. The bed was comfortable. There was a small fridge in the bedroom, a large tv, a wardrobe and chest. The bathroom had a nice walk-in shower with large shampoo and body wash provided. The kitchenette was super cute with a microwave, drip coffeemaker (liners provided) and a full size sink. We also had access to a full-size fridge in the common area and a sitting area. The outdoor space was inviting and quiet. Easy access to parking on the back alleyway. I would definitely recommend this place and would return. It's a 20 minute drive to St. Pete beach. Beach chairs and towels are provided. The owners also had bottled waters cooled for us in both fridges upon our arrival. Easy check-in with a door code and easy check out procedures as well. Owner also communicates well with fun things to do in the area with recommendations for restaurants too!

Cozy Clean and relaxing!
Steven is a great host. Steven provided plenty of detail regarding surrounding sights and entertainment. The apartment was located close to a variety of restaurants, bars, diners, and grocery stores. The unit was stocked very well, neat, organized, and clean. The patio offers more room to relax and enjoy the cool Florida evenings this time of the year. I was so happy with my stay that I booked again for next month! Steven you have a new friend from Ohio! Thanks again for being so responsive and making the rental process easy!. Oh private parking out back was a plus!

We were given the wrong address, the original advertising stated it had a pool, you walked at the door to the beach, we have a grill, a freezer, water pressure is low. There is no pool, you have todrive at least 30-45 minutes to a beach, the freezer is broke, you have to hold the toilet handle down to flush. Shower head is clogged up. We have tried to text Steve several time and our text won't go through. We paid good money for 3 nights for a lie.
