Just 3 miles from a beautiful walk by the water and 15 minutes from Clearwater Beach/Honeymoon Island, you'll be close to all the fun & beauty of the Gulf Coast in our newly remodeled home.

This 3 BR/2 bathroom home accommodates up to 8 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and the living room is spacious. Nearby are many charming towns like Dunedin, Safety Harbor, and St Pete, where you can enjoy shops, restaurants, bars & other sites in our exciting and beautiful area!

When Michael first saw this property on the market in 2017 before he met Sherridon, he knew it was a special place due to its proximity to many of the sights that draw visitors to Florida. For example, it's...

- 6 minutes from Dunedin, a beautiful waterside town with a marina, quaint shops, and delicious restaurants (plus, there's a bookstore!)
- 14 minutes from Safety Harbor, another town known for its beautiful
streets, great food, and long wooden dock where you can see a sunrise/sunset
-15 minutes from world-famous Clearwater Beach and Pier 60, where you can swim, cycle, roller blade, parasail, jetski, paddle board, and enjoy all
the sights, sounds, and tastes the pier has to offer
- 15 minutes from Honeymoon Island State Park, with its beautiful white-
sand beaches and stunning nature trails
- 25 minutes from Tarpon Springs, known for their Greek sponge docks and
amazing seafood
- 34 minutes from the St. Pete Pier, with its many attractions and beautiful
ocean views

Michael acted fast, bought the property, and set about remodeling it one space at a time. When Sherridon came along in 2019, she took over designing every area to make it feel like "home". Today, all three bedrooms and both bathrooms, as well as the kitchen and living room, have either been fully remodeled or updated. The beds are a king, two queens, and one (pullout couch mattress) full. We've poured so much time and love into our home and we can't wait to share it with you!

Other special details:

In Florida, good A/C matters. Our A/C is a brand new mini-split system, which means there are separate units for each bedroom and then one for the main living area. This allows guests in every bedroom to control their own room temperature - a major plus!

Beautiful, gorgeous nice neighborhood
This place were beautiful. Gorgeous, is an understatement to describe how beautiful and nice the neighborhood was. People are very nice there. The storm came on my birthday but we had a great time. I would definitely go back. Overall i would give it a 9.8 only because i couldn't use the patio it was under construction. Also great for kids

Great Property
Enjoyed the spacious property for spring break / beach area and a day trip to Disney. Comfortable beds, family room to relax in and kitchen for meals. Close to everything around Clearwater and easy distance to Tampa.

We were in Florida to enjoy the beautiful weather and watch the Blue Jays Spring Training. Property was within a close driving distance to enjoy the beautiful causeways and the Dunedin attractions. Quiet peaceful neighborhood.

First time renting a house at Clearwater. The location is great! The non alcoholic drink in the fridge to celebrate New Years was a nice touch. The house itself was fairly clean. In summary, we had a great time.

Place was amazing perfect location close to everything had a slight issue with one of the Toilets but I contacted the owner and they had it fixed with an hour I would recommend the listing to friends and family. I also would to rent the home again we had a blast. Thank you so much for having us.

Quiet getaway
Very comfortable home located in a nice neighborhood. Perfect location close to spring training baseball stadium and centrally located to the beach or a quick trip into Tampa. We really enjoyed our time at this property and our interactions with the property owner.

Cute little place
I loved the open concept of the house with a nice big kitchen. The decor is really pretty and was just perfect for our needs. I could see they are still upgrading and working on the house a bit, when I’m back in the area I’ll book again to see all the great things they add. Owners were very helpful and communicative.
