PLEASE NOTE...Our condo did not sustain any damage. Our pool, hot tub and beach is open! We do have some minor fencing, siding and exterior cosmetic building items that need repair but nothing that should negatively impact your stay.
This amazing corner unit at Beach Cottages is the perfect place for your beach getaway! You'll have incredible beachfront and oceanfront views from the master bedroom, living room, dining area, and kitchen. You won't be disappointed! Plus, it's one of the few front units at Beach Cottages, so you can't get any closer to the sand or water. Parking is no problem either, as you'll have one covered assigned spot under the building and another one in the first-come, first-served lot.

This condo has all the features you need for an unforgettable vacation. It has two balconies, one large Gulf front balcony (21X8) and a smaller side balcony overlooking the pool with ocean views as well. You'll be able to enjoy spectacular sunsets and all-day beach viewing with your family and friends. The condo has a spacious, open floor plan with beautiful ceramic tile throughout and many updates and features. And don't worry about any allergies, as there is no carpeting in this condo. All cabinets are solid surface quartz topped.

If you like to cook, you'll love the fully equipped newer granite and stainless kitchen with modern appliances, pots and pans, small appliances, dishes, and glassware. You'll also have a Keurig and regular coffee maker, as well as a full-sized washer and dryer.

The master bedroom is very large with its own walkout sliding glass door to the fabulous Gulf and oceanfront balcony. You'll sleep like a baby in the king bed with a pillow-top mattress, and you'll have a 3/4 Ensuite Master bath with an oversized, tiled shower. Store your valuables in the master bedroom safe and enjoy the large 50" flat-screen TV and DVD player. It's so close to the ocean that you can listen to and view the ocean from your bed.

The second bedroom has a coastal queen and twin bed, dresser, nightstand, ceiling fan, closet, and ROKU TV. The third bedroom has a trundle bed, dresser, and TV, suitable for up to two people. Both bathrooms have newer granite-topped vanities, toilets, lighting, and fixtures.

The living room features a 60" Smart TV with Spectrum TV and free WiFI. You'll have plenty of dining space with a table and six chairs and breakfast bar chairs. And don't forget about the sofa sleeper (with memory foam mattress) and another full sized couch.

You'll have everything you need for a perfect beach vacation, including beach toys, towels and chairs and all linens included. Starter supplies of soaps and paper products are included as well.

There are so many things to do around here! You can walk miles of beach, relax at our pool and hot tub, or take the trolley to award-winning Clearwater Beach. You can also visit the Clearwater Aquarium, try great local seafood restaurants, rent a wave runner, bike, or boat, or go on a dolphin or dinner cruise. If you take the trolley south to John's Pass, you'll find more shopping, water sports, great waterfront dining, deep-sea fishing tours, and themed pirate adventures. Universal, Sea World, and Disney are only about two hours away, and Busch Gardens is only 45 minutes away.

St. Pete/Clearwater airport (PIE) is only 20 minutes away, and Tampa International Airport is 30 minutes away.
