Clearwater Beach 3 Bedroom Waterfront Luxury Townhome


Luxury, waterfront townhome with private elevator and three car garage. Tastefully decorated, over 2,200 sq ft, three full bedrooms each with their own bathroom. Master suite has large jetted tub and king size bed. The two other bedrooms have queen beds. Granite countertops, volume ceilings throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped and is open to the living area. Enjoy relaxing on the patio off the ground floor or balcony off the living room.

There are only six units to the building that share the pool.

**We are pet friendly, but ask that your pet is under 15-20 pounds with our discretion. Please contact us prior to booking to ensure your pet meets the guidelines.

This property is located in the mist of Clearwater Beach with only a 15 minute walk to Pier 60. You can fish off the dock, swim in the pool or it's just a short walk (approximately a block and a half), to the beach. Close to restaurants, lots of entertainment and marina.

The townhouse was very nice, Location is where we know well, The only little issue, l stayed in the master bedroom and the windows were never cleaned for awhile besides that everything was fine

Great location/beautiful space
This was a beautiful place to stay with lots of room. It was also great to be able to walk to a lot of place. We were in town for a beach volleyball tournament over Thanksgiving at Sand Key Park. Would definitely stay here again. Everything was great!

Exceptional stay
Very clean! Within walking distance to pretty much everything. A lot of attractions close by. The best part was sitting in the balcony watching the dolphins play every morning and every night. Would definitely book this again!!!! Property manager also responded very quickly to messages. The only bad thing I can see is we had to leave and come back to gloom and cold Kentucky.

Clearwater Vacation Stay
We had a wonderful time! Definitely would recommend and would love to stay here again. So much open space, amenities were great also. Proximity to the beach was perfect, we loved the short walk each day to the beautiful sand. Loved the idea of not having to drive to do things. This was a great stay!!

Perfect Beach Getaway~
The booking process was very efficient and we loved the location of the condo. We came into town for the Pier 60 Sugar Sand Festival and loved being able to walk to the event. The condo is close to many amenities on Clearwater Beach!

Great location. Very spacious condo, with a nice outdoor space for relaxing with a morning coffee or drink in the evening. We rented bikes for the week and didn’t need our car for anything.

Beautiful View
The view from the balcony overlooking the inlet is beautiful. There were dolphins almost every morning. This property is far enough away from all the busy night life but close enough to walk to the restaurants, beach and night life.

Condo was very spacious although it was very modestly decorated. It was generally clean but some area needed some deep cleaning. The property manager was quick to respond to any issues we had during our stay. Issues included burnt out light bulbs and nonfunctioning oven exhaust fan and ceiling fan.

Fantastic family vacation
Dan was very responsive to any questions during our stay. The location was perfect within walking distance to the beach, the pier and lots of restaurants. If you have a boat it provides great access to the Gulf. Just a quick boat ride to some great sites! We will definitely stay again.

Great Location, Nice Condo
The condo was beautiful, clean and well maintained. We had a wonderful time, and the location was great. Walking distance to restaurants and beach, yet a little distance from the main hustle and bustle so not too noisy/crowded. Definitely worth it!

Upscale 3 story home with elevator. Right on a canal with beautiful views. Dolphins swim by daily. Walking distance to beach and restaurants / bars / shopping.

Amazing location and top notch accommodations!
This location cannot be beat! Close to stores, the pool, and a five minute walk from the beach. To top it all off, their were dolphins right below our balcony! This was just what we needed to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. It felt like our honeymoon all over again!

Lots of room in all 3 bedrooms. Location was off the Main Street for quiet nights yet close enough to walk to the beach and restaurants. Dan was very responsive when we needed help with the WiFi. Cable and appliances worked great. Would stay here again!

The property is in a great location on the bay side of Clearwater Beach, within easy walking distance of the beach, miniature golf, and excellent restaurants. It is also within comfortable driving distance to the Phillies complex in Clearwater for spring training fans.

Long weekend before new school year
My husband and youngest son and his friend (both 15) and I stayed at the property for 4 nights and had a great time. Previously, my husband and I have always stayed at the Hyatt, but with the boys and length of stay I wanted more room and a kitchen and this was perfect! Very convenient, loved the huge garage for both cars and the boys enjoyed the dock very much. Would definitely stay again.

Loved the location!
I stayed here with my 2 sisters to celebrate my birthday and we loved this condo. This was my first time in Clearwater Beach and the unit was very convenient to all restaurants, the beach, and attractions. The unit also has an elevator which made it easy to move luggage. The condo was well equipped with all of the necessary appliances and having our own pool was very nice, although it doesn’t get too much Sun during the day. I would definitely come back to Clearwater and would utilize this unit again if it was available.

Great location
We loved our stay. Lori was very quick to respond to any of our needs. The house was very clean, larger than expected, had all necessities for cooking and walking distance to everything. The boat dock was a huge plus for us! I read some reviews that had concerns over parking but my husband was able to park our Yukon XL with a storage hitch on the back without trouble. It was tight backing in if other cars were parked outside but definitely plenty of garage space. We loved our stay and would recommend.
