This beautiful, completely remodeled 2-bedroom, 2 bath condo at The Caprice has stunning views for miles! South corner condo in a prime location on St. Pete Beach near all restaurants, shopping and activities that the beach always has to offer! There are so many upgrades in this amazing place! The fully equipped kitchen has custom cabinets, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The living area features a flat screen TV, comfortable sofa bed and love seat with beautiful new laminate floors. Sliding doors open up to the nicely furnished beach front balcony with amazing views of the beach! The main bedroom has a King sized bed and a large window with a view of the Gulf of Mexico as well. Your 2nd bedroom features Bunk Beds with a full sized bed on the bottom and a twin size on the top bunk. Plus, a twin pull-out trundle bed. Both bathrooms were recently remodeled with new floor and wall tiles, custom cabinets with granite countertops. New walk in shower in the main bath and bath tub in the guest bath. All of this sitting on miles of white beach to explore!! PLEASE NOTE: This is a non smoking property except in designated areas on grounds.

The Caprice features free WiFi, assigned free parking, a sparkling pool (heated in the winter) with a beautiful sundeck, a nice BBQ area and shuffleboard. Beach volleyball courts are also available right next to the Caprice Resort.

Good location & nice beach views
The unit was nice and comfortable. The best part are the beautiful beach views. We enjoyed the location and the ability to walk to beach bars and restaurants and plenty of other nearby spots. St. Pete Beach has plenty of good restaurants that are open even though many are still not open due to hurricane damage.

It was ok. The apartment was a little worn and the balcony was tiny. Be prepared to buy a lot of kitchen ware. The condo has very little to offer in the kitchen and what is there is not nice at all. The location is great for a beach get a way but I won’t stay there again.

Great place to stay with family
This condo is located right on the beach which made it nice with 3 small children. There were beach toys, umbrellas, beach chairs, and a wagon on the balcony that could be taken to the beach. We would definitely stay here again. My only complaint is the A/C. There were random times during the day and night the A/C would set itself to 74 degrees and at one point, 85 degrees! The bedroom with the bunk beds would get awfully hot.

Great Condo On The Beach
The location being right on the beach is wonderful. The pool was also very clean and not busy. The views from the balcony are beautiful. There are plenty of restaurants within a short walk, and the beach is slightly less crowded because it’s a short distance from the more popular hotels. We had an amazing stay!! TY! We’ll be back!!

Nice condo in a great location!
Family of 4 celebrating daughter’s college graduation. Very comfortable 2 bedroom/bath unit. We stayed on this property last year, the convenience to many restaurants, groceries and of course the beach can’t be beat.

Thank you for a wonderful stay! The location is absolutely perfect and we loved that it was walking distance to so many restaurants and stores. The unit was the perfect size for us and our 18 year old son. We will definitely be back when we visit him at UTampa next year!

Pros: Location was great. Quiet. Comfortable beds. Nice view of beach. Cons : Kitchen sparsely stocked-no can opener. Couldn’t connect to any app on TV (Netflix or Prime). Spent a lot of time trying to figure out. Owner should leave a document telling people they are blocked from any streaming channels. Called office and asked them to check with owner. No response. However overall enjoyable stay.

We stayed at this location before (different unit). Lots to do in the area and plenty of restaurants in walking distance. My only complaint is the missing screen door on the slider. It would be nice on a clear day to have fresh air into the unit.

Our stay at Caprice was very nice. The pool and beach were right outside our window. Super friendly staff. Within walking distance to many fun restaurants. Our unit was cute. furniture too big for a small space. Kitchen needs more dishes and cutlery. Lighting issues/dimmers needed! Carpets need to be cleaned.

Location was great! Room was delightful and met all our expectations. Check in was ridiculous in that one had to go to a different location to get the code to enter the room, and keys to move around property (mostly useless). This added extra cost for transportation, for us with no car. And, there was not hot tub to speak of, though I asked and reassured a couple of times.

The condo was perfect for our family of 4. We had a bit of a chilly weekend but the heater on the pool was perfect. Quick access to the beach made it easy to come warm up and go right back out to build sand castles. Lots of good food choices very close by!

Cute place, but…
Cute place with fun decor. Love the plank floors, the beachy blue tile walls in the kitchen and bathrooms, and the festive pebble master shower floor. Unfortunately, you’ll get wet turning on the master shower water, there’s no shelf for shampoo and such, and the doors don’t actually line up to close. The building is beachfront, but the unit is not. The balcony looks off to the side, and it’s oddly accessible from the second bedroom and living room, not the master. Have to inconveniently drive to the rental office (6 minutes away) to pick up and return property keys. Keys aren’t necessary for the room, just the pool and outer doors that lock at 10pm. We didn’t use them until the last day when the overpass to the beach closed for construction and we needed to use the gate by the pool. Thermostat control kept changing, appearing to be controlled by an outside source. Note from my daughter, there’s not one full length mirror to be found.

The unit was nice and the description is true. They give you the bare minimums. The kitchen is limited. 4 bowls, plates, glasses. No Tupperware. You are next to the entrance of the public beach so you hear everyone coming and going on the boardwalk which is right by your balcony. The patio furniture needs be updated. It would be nice if the unit could leave beach chairs and towels. Beds were comfy. You could walk but most places were about 1 mile away so we drove. This unit doesn’t give you any extras. The unit doesn’t have smart TV’s. Overall it was okay, nice but just okay.
