Awesome condo, perfect location
We wanted to be away from the chaos of Clearwater Beach, and the location of this condo was perfect for that. Great restaurants nearby and a gorgeous beach right out back. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent Gulf front condo
My family and I have stayed at various condos in the Florida and Myrtle Beach, SC, areas for many years. This condo is one of the cleanest and most well-equipped of them all. We have never returned to the same condo in the past but would definitely return to this one in the future.

Great Beachfront Condo
Beautiful,well- equipped clean condominium. Three bedrooms offered plenty of room for friends and family to visit. Coffee, cocktails and meals were all enjoyed daily from the balcony. Direct beachfront location was amazing for beach walks and enjoying the gulf. Heated pool and hot tub a bonus. Extremely convenient location to shops, restaurants, grocery stores, ice cream shops!

Wonderful condo!
We had a wonderful time in Indian shores! The condo was beautiful with everything we needed. It was so nice to have little things that we forgot such as laundry detergent, garbage bags, etc. Had the best view and was very clean. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks so much.

Condo is very clean, upgraded.. well decorated, beds nice and comfortable...the overall area of the building is well kept. Being on the 8th floor, overlooking the beautiful landscaping and seeing the beautiful Gulf of Mexico...you can never tire of such a view!!!

Comfortable, nicely decorated, mostly updated and well furnished condo. Plenty of carts to help unload groceries or baggage. Quick elevators! Bring an extension cord if you want to charge phone iN living room while watching TV. More towels would be nice.

Wonderful Beach Vacation!
We chose this property because of the reviews mentioning Maria’s care and attention to detail and our trip exceeded our expectations! This was our kids first time visiting a beach and seeing an ocean so emotions were running high. Nothing happened during our stay that dampened our spirits and the only thing damp was our eyes as we left. The access to the beach is so wonderful. The kids also loved the pool when they tired of the waves. Everything in the condo was as advertised and we had zero issues. We’re so thankful for such a wonderful experience and will look to return to Maria’s place in the future.

Amazing April vacation!
Maria was fantastic - helped along the way with any concerns with VRBO. Description is accurate however I would say one bedroom has 2 double beds vs the twins described. That was a bonus for our family to have kids in separate beds. Beds are comfy and bedding is lovely. Lots of towels and beach towels, chairs and an umbrella! The condo itself had everything! Cleaning supplies, sugar, spices, everything. There is plenty of space and the building itself is very nice with pool and hot tub. Parking is just outside of the entrance. The area of Indian Shores has everything you need restaurants, bar, pharmacy and then 12 minutes away a large WalMart and Publix 8 minutes away. We will be back next year with certainty!

Fabulous condo with breath-taking view
My family and I stayed at Maria's condo the week of Thanksgiving (husband, 15 yr old son, 11 year old daughter and mother-in-law). It had everything you could ask for, was extremely clean and felt like home. The beds were so comfortable. The pool and hot tub were never crowded (unlike SandCastle II next door which was a zoo). I was impressed by the stocked kitchen in terms of cookware. Food network, Cuisinart, not cheapy stuff. I did buy a crock pot that I left there. There's nothing better than throwing your dinner in, spending the day at the beach and coming up to your dinner being ready. (Easiest dinner ever - throw in frozen chicken breasts, a jar of black bean and corn salsa, cook on low for 6 hours or so, shred = chicken tacos). The 3 beach chairs were great to have and there were plenty of beach and bath towels. The dryer does take a long time to dry and the dishwasher doesn't get everything clean (pre-rinse!) but those are very minor complaints. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful condo and an attentive homeowner
We had a wonderful week celebrating my 40th birthday in this spacious unit. The condo is very clean and well equipped. The views are outstanding! We saw manatees from the balcony not to mention the beautiful sunsets every night. The beds were very comfortable and the smart tv came in handy on some rainy days. We did, unfortunately, get a leak in our unit from the condo above us. They left their sink running and went out for the day. The property manager got on it quickly and Maria was very apologetic although it was not her fault. She did return a portion of what I paid for the week for my trouble which was very kind and not expected at all. She offered it without me even asking which goes to show how much she cares. We had a fabulous time despite that hiccup. We enjoyed walking across the street to Caddy's for dinner a couple of times and the ice cream shop across the street, Haze, is delicious. My girlfriends and I had such a good time we're already talking about renting Maria's condo out annually :).

Perfect family vaca spot
Absolutely loved staying at Maria's condo! It was the perfect vacation spot for my husband and our little ones. My 2 month old always fell asleep when we sat outside on the balcony listening to the ocean. The views are spectacular and the grounds are very well maintained including the pool and entrance to the beach. This condo was the cleanest beach place I have ever stayed in and it had everything you could need. The kitchen was stocked with utensils and pots and pans and nice appliances. The bathrooms were updated well and very clean. And I appreciated that the beds were pretty comfortable considering we were staying for a week. I had such a good time that I want to book again for next year!
