Our stay was awful and service was nonexistent. We called on Wednesday and were told management would be calling us that day since that is when we left. My chats were not addressed at all.
We are not pleased with the unit we rented. There are many things that need to be addressed. As a result we checked out Wednesday (after calling customer service) and would appreciate a refund for our last two days. Thank you
Things to be addressed:
Two doors are off the wall- hinges are not attached to the wall
Food or something is smeared on bathroom wall-not clean
Improper coverings on windows in the bedroom which all lights from adjacent buildings to come in all night.
A dryer was listed and we don’t see one. Would be nice to dry clothes.
The balcony is shared- this should have been noted.
Also response to chat and phone calls need to improve. We had NO response. As of 1/8/24, 13 days from first contact with management, we have had no response.
