Nice hotel. Perfect location! Close by foot to the down town. Am amazing view during sunset but the only con will be on the rooms which are quiet old for my opinion. Need a refresh!

The location was beautiful. Unfortunately i did not get the opportunity to explore but as i was driving through, i could see it would have been a great area to just walk around and pop into many local restaurants, bars, shops, etc. Rooms were cute. Went to explore Downtown Dunedin and Sponge Docks. Perfect location. Wonderful front desk staff. Good breakfast and grounds were nice too.

Best Western in Dunedin
We loved Dunedin and the Best western was a great choice for my husband and I. It is 15 minutes to Clearwater beach, 15-20 minutes to tarpon springs, 20 minutes to honeymoon island. Restaurants and shops we’re walking distance. We had a great time dancing at the blur nightclub. Overall nice place and hotel. I would highly recommend it.
