This is a newly remodeled, renovated, luxurious 2 bedroom (with 2 king beds)-2 bathroom condo with panoramic direct facing Gulf front views. Unit has newer furnishings, and is decorated with contemporary flair, a little local art and a bit of Rock-n-Roll edge. Unit is ideal for 4 people but will accommodate 6 with a full size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Unit contains the latest amenities possible including: free WiFi, state of the art flatscreen Samsung TV's with a 55' SmartTV in the living room, 40' flat screen Samsung SmartTV in master bedroom and 36' flat screen Samsung TV in 2nd Bedroom. All flat screens are wall mounted. Enjoy cable; or, if you like, listen to your tunes on Alexa.

Unit has two balconies, one off living area and another off master bedroom, which open up to crashing waves and jumping dolphins. No vertical blinds to deal with... Unit comes with remote controlled electric solar shades in both living room and master bedroom. Best of all, unit has new 'retractable' sliding glass doors in living room that disappear into the wall giving you a 'wide open' view of the Gulf from living, dining and kitchen areas. You have to see it to believe it!

The kitchen and bathrooms have been remodeled with new cabinetry and granite countertops. Kitchen is equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances and upgraded cookware. Both bathrooms have new stacked stone showers, come stocked with premium towels, and the master shower is glass enclosed.

Condo has nice designer touches - stacked stone in master bedroom on main/accent wall and around the wood-burning fireplace in living room, as well as a contemporary bar area with floating shelves, wine cabinet and under lighting in living room.

Both bedrooms are tastefully decorated and well appointed with luxurious bedding, remote controlled bedside wall sconce lighting, and ceiling fans. Closets in both bedrooms have been nicely remodeled by California Closets with plenty of build-ins and storage.

This unit comes with everything you need for an outstanding beach vacation, including plush beach towels, sturdy Tommy Bahama beach chairs, big beach umbrella, portable cooler and a multitude of beach toys.

The 'Indian Shores/Indian Rocks Beach' area is one of America's best kept secrets. Fantastic location; a friendly laid back beach community that is minutes to groceries, a wide variety of restaurants, shopping, golfing, boating, sailing, fishing, jet-skiing, biking, every activity imaginable. It is centrally located between St. Petersburg, Clearwater and Tampa. Universal, Disney World, Epcot, Hard Rock Casino and Busch Gardens just a short drive away.

What We Provide:
The unit is fully furnished with all the appliances and utensils we believe are necessary for daily living. It also includes bedspreads, linens, blankets, bath towels, and beach towels. For your convenience, initial set-up/starter supplies, such as hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, trash bags, and some toiletries are supplied. Note that our vacation rental properties are “self-catering” accommodations and the “starter supply” is intended to help you get started and not intended to last your entire stay. We do not supply more than the initial supply to the property, and it is likely you may have to purchase some additional supplies during your stay.

Cleaning:
A departure housekeeping fee is included in your rental payment, and the unit will be cleaned after your departure. Additional/interim cleanings along with linen service may be arranged during your stay for an additional housekeeping fee. To protect against the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19), our housekeeping standards and cleaning procedures have been enhanced to be in line with CDC guidelines, including sanitizing high-touch surfaces and the use of bleach-based cleaning solutions.

Early Check-Ins & Late Check-Outs:
To guarantee an early check-in, an additional night will need to be rented. However, we will notify you if your unit is ready before our standard 4 PM check-in time. Check-out time is 10 AM, and we are unable to offer later check-outs as we need the time to prepare the unit for the next guest.

The Perfect Beach Getaway
We came here for a short stay-cation, being from Tampa, and our experience couldn’t have been better. The property was clean and exactly as advertised. Literal footsteps from the beach, and a quiet and peaceful portion of the shore. Just an incredible time we wont soon forget.

Nice condo area was hit by storms
We checked in to the condo and the key was a bit tough to get out of the lock box. The condo was lovley and comfortable. However, we were shocked to see All the damage from the storm around the area. We had been communicating with the owner before we drove down to ask if places were open Sadly around 80% of shops and places to eat were closed. There was piles of sand and debris all All along the streets clear up to Clearwater . It was tough to find places to eat close by so we drove to Clearwater. We drove to Johns pass to find it had been hit hard and only the surf stryle was open.The locals told us the clean up will take till till Christmas. It would be a great place to stay if everything would have been open and operating. Like I said the condo is lovley and comfortable

Gorgeous condo in a fabulous location!
My family of 6 stayed for 2 nights during Memorial Day weekend. First impressions, the place was super clean and well furnished with everything we needed. The decor was perfect for our music-loving family. The view from the balcony was peaceful. The beach never got that crowded in our area, even with the holiday. The supplied beach chairs/umbrellas/toys were plenty for us. There's excellent food within walking distance so we didn't have to really drive anywhere. We loved DJs Clam Shack, Bay1 for ice cream, and had a nice dinner at Salt Rock. I can't say enough good things about this rental, we all had a blast and if we ever return to Indian Shores we would rebook in a heartbeat!

Great Location
2nd stay in 6 months at this location. There were a few things needing extra cleaning attention this time. I would not recommend for children because there are many steps and no pool. The biggest reason I chose this location is because it is oceanfront and pet friendly.

Beautifully appointed and gorgeous view!
We loved this property. Not only is the view incredible, and the sunsets amazing, but the unit is decorated tastefully and has very upscale design features. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen has all that you need and the towels are plush and generous in size. There’s plenty of storage space and the appliances excellent quality. The property owner is readily available and helpful. I highly recommend this property.

Nice stay on the beach.
The owners were excellent to work with! There was an internet/cable issue the first day, and they made sure it was resolved promptly! There were also some nice touches, like a welcome sign when we arrivied! Overall, it’s a nice place, but could use some tender loving care. Sheets were worn, pilly and didn’t stay on the mattress, blender was broken, pans were dirty, handles and front of fridge were sticky...

It’s so hard to find nice and clean accommodations but this property really met the mark. It was absolutely gorgeous. The property is in an older building but when you walk into the property it really has been well kept and the gulf views are spectacular. It is close to restaurants and Publix so ease of access to food and household supplies couldn’t have been any better. We would definitely return to this property and would recommend to family and friends. Communications from the property manager was excellent and could not recommend any need for improvements. They really have thought of everything to make the stay really perfect.

Brought family down for spring break trip. The condo was just as advertised. Great place. Clean, updated appliances, and amenities. The views from the deck are amazing. One night after sun set we even saw dolphins right off of the beach where we had just spent the day. Speaking of the beach, you are literally steps away. Condo includes a closet with chairs, beach toys, boards etc. Shower in the garage to rinse off before coming in. My family really loved being here and plan on being back again.

Beach Life
We loved the area and the direct beach access. Although we did not spend time on the beach we enjoyed watching everyone who did. The condo was very clean and decorated with a rock and roll/beach vibe. The two balconies had comfortable chairs. I did not watch the video of the condo before I booked so please note there are 2 stairs to the guest bedroom, 2 stairs from kitchen to living room and 2 stairs int the master baths sink area to toilet/shower area. Also 16 stairs to get from garage to condo. The area had many restaurants to chose from and moderate drives to Saint Pete's museums. Wonderful stay!

If I could leave 50 stars I would. My husband & I have stayed in many condos all up and down the gulf searching for the perfect one. It’s taken us 15 years, but we have finally found it! This condo is seriously perfect. From the moment you walk in and see the amazing gulf front view, to the storage closet with beach chairs, toys, and a cooler… they have seriously thought of everything. Our favorite part is the closeness to the sand. You are seriously only a very small set of stairs and a few steps away. They have thought of so many little things that truly make it spectacular; like Alexa playing music when you walk in, a sweet welcoming sign, and even a few makeup wipes. The beds are super comfortable and the views are truly picture prefect. I could truly go on for days. I think the easiest way to explain it is that this is the perfect condo because everything has been thought of, seriously there’s not one thing that’s been left out. It really is paradise.

Definitely Best on the Beach
We thoroughly enjoyed this vacation and it had much to do with this condo. The layout and decoration of the unit was terrific; very clean and inviting. The ability to park beneath the building was great and the property being only 2 stories was something I liked better than expected. No elevators and only a few steps to the unit. Everything we needed (and more) for the beach was provided like chairs, umbrellas, and even a cooler. It was nice to not have to haul all that stuff from home. The beach was very close and clean and just enough people but not crowded. The water was divine. As for the condo, two bedrooms and two baths with a nice sunken living room. The balconies were much more private and quiet than expected. Loved the pictures in the master bathroom; I giggled every time I walked in there. We had plenty of room in the unit and it was nice to stay in a place where it didn't feel like it was furnished with cast-off, old pieces. The owners took the time to actually furnish and decorate with nice things that were well-maintained. We have stayed at other places before where it felt like the pics must have been old because items in the condo were broken down and worn; for these accommodations, that wasn't the case. In fact, the place is even nicer than the pictures. The Indian Rocks area is very nice with many great places for dinner and ice cream. Take time to visit the Indian Rocks Coffee Co. down the street for a nice morning treat. What a great time overall!
