Redington Shores is a tranquil paradise nestled between Indian Shores and Redington Beach. Along with all of the other spectacular Central Gulf Coast beaches, Redington Shores is known for its sugary white sand, pristine emerald water, terrific shelling, and fabulous mom-and-pop restaurants and shops.

We have just completed a total renovation of our corner beachfront condo unit and it is ready to occupy. The style of the décor is coastal or “beachy.” Everything in the condo has been replaced with new items, including all appliances, flooring, air conditioner, furniture, kitchen cabinets/counter tops, bed mattresses, box springs and sheets, interior paint, and much more!

Our corner unit is located in San Remo Condominiums, which recently has undergone several updated projects to its building and charming beach-pool/hot tub area. The large, lovely pool/hot tub area is located right on the beach, only a step away from the amazing, soothing waves of the Gulf and offers a spectacular view of the Gulf sunset while you relax in a beach chair and sip a latte.

Our condo has high speed Wi-Fi, and a television in each bedroom and in the living/family room. The new leather sofa has a quality pull out bed big enough for two persons.

HOA rules allow as many as a maximum of 6 persons to stay in a 2BR/2Bath condo. Our own guidelines are: at least one adult must be over 25 years old.

Also, our condo corner unit, although beachfront, has only a partial view of the Gulf from the balcony. The balcony does have an excellent view of the intracoastal waterway and the bridge, which is beautifully lighted up at night, and also has a view of the parking lot and tropical Seabird Sanctuary next door.

Redington Shores is ideally located and close to almost everything: Madeira Beach and its trendy John’s Pass Village, downtown St Pete and Clearwater, awesome restaurants and live-music, cozy beach hideaways, airports, grocery stores, shopping, ball games, aquariums, museums, kayaking areas, bird sanctuaries, miniature golf, golf courses and theme parks. Experience the surrounding towns by hopping on the Jolley Trolley and enjoying the many sights and activities known to the area.

We offer a child and baby friendly condo. We have a pack n play, highchair, baby dishes and utensils, outlet plugs as well as several beach toys.

The stay was overall satisfying. We stayed for a week and were warned about the construction in progress. Although the construction was annoying, it did not affect our enjoyment of the property. We loveed the pool and spa area.

Beautiful Oasis
This was a wonderful condo! Very newly remodeled with all the amenities! Everything you could possibly need while on vacation is at your fingertips. Beautiful views of the gulf from the spacious balcony. Very comfortable beds. Plenty of room to move about. Very short walk to the beach and pool. Lovely Lovely place to stay. The manager was an absolute delight to work with. Very pleased!

Fantastic location, great decor and very clean
We greatly enjoyed our time in the San Remo condo. The location is perfect with easy access to all the great beaches and it takes less than 30 min to get to St Pete. The condo is beautifully decorated and we greatly appreciated how clean and well kept it is. The check-in and check-out process is very easy and the condo complex offers convenient parking. The pool and spar area are in great condition with a heated hot tub, lawn chairs with beach view and a nice clean pool. We truly enjoyed our vacation !

My son and family moved to Florida from NJ. Wanted more than 2 beds and a toilet. The condo was decorated so nice and the lay out very nice. Bird sanctuary next door was a true bonus!! Pool area lovely. Construction going on which I was aware of was no problem at all. Hoping to return soon

Clean, convenient quieter area
This is a lovely well cared for condo. The beach access great. Pool was great during the week, quiet. More families and little ones on weekend. Easy to find,easy to access all beaches and towns north and south. Loved watching the birds fly into the sanctuary next door every night to roost. Condo had everything we needed and I appreciate it was furnished nicely,not wicker beach...would definately consider this again.

Beautiful condo - so comfortable and fully stocked for every need!
Pictures online don’t do this one justice! It feels newly remodeled with designer picks. But it’s also very comfortable for family to relax and enjoy! Pool facilities are great and proximity to beach is also fantastic. Location has quiet feel but amenities are within a couple miles for grocery stores, etc. Owners are super responsive too. Can’t recommend this place high enough. We will be back!

Winter getaway
Overall, the property is very nice. We were disappointed with not being able to use our deck due to property renovations. Initially, that was supposed of been finished at the time of our visit, but it was not. The owners did end up, compensating us for this as the initial description stated this would not affect our unit . We did appreciate that. The property was nice, the pool was nice, the beach and the unit itself was very clean. A lot a little extra amenities were thought of as well. Much appreciated.

Great place on the beach!
This rental was a win! With the pool right on the beach it was very convenient and there was a whole storage locker full of beach toys and gear. The building was under construction during our stay so we couldn't be out on the balcony which was a shame since you could see the ocean from the balcony. But Lori apologized and offered a small reimbursement for this situation without me having to ask. Also you could still see this view from the master bedroom. All in all, I was super happy with the cleanliness and amenities!

Great stay!
Great condo for the week at the beach! We loved that we had laundry in the condo. The pool is right next to the beach and both were perfect! It wasn’t busy when we went but met great families at the pool while we were there. My boys loved it and said they never wanted to leave! The condo was super clean when we went in! There is construction going on on the other side of the building but it never disturbed us! Only downfall is the birds a couple things down. At times you could smell it outside. Inside the condo wasn’t an issue at all! Thank you for the stay!

Much needed vacation
Perfectly heated pool thats actually. Nice HOT hottub! Right on beach. A lot of pin codes to remember which was frustrating. Key fob to pool stopped working at 9:40pm when doesnt close until 10 so got locked out from our towels while walking the beach at night. No lights in pool area- scared kids would trip- safety hazard. Balcony door didnt lock from bedroom. One of recliners electric didnt work. Nasty stains on fabric chairs. Pull out couch less than an inch thick...very uncomfortable. Twin beds and king very nice. Had pleanty towels, coolers, noodles and wagon. Laundry was nice and side view on balcony of bird sanctuary and beach was nice.

Great Condo Unit and Great Location
The owner was very communicative and responsive to all of our inquiries. The condo unit was extremely clean and well equipped for our stay. This was our fourth time staying at San Remo and we would stay in this unit again. The unit has been recently remodeled, the bed was comfortable, plenty of linens and kitchen utensils. The pool and access to a less crowded beach was just a few steps away. This is a smaller condo complex, which we like. The pool was never crowded, which is where we spent most of our time. We used the charcoal grills twice to grill fresh grouper from the fish market just down the street. There is currently some construction going on but it did not interfere with our stay. We knew this from our past stay and communication with the owner. Any minor inconvenience dose not outweigh the great experience of staying at San Remo or this unit. We will be back.

Under construction
We were not notified of ongoing construction. The condo itself is nice and clean, newly remodeled and accommodated our family of 3. More than that it would be too small. The balcony looked structurally unsafe. There was support jacks with railing wired to them. Monday, raw sewage was running through the parking spaces by the front entrance. The elevator was lined with quilted padding. I assume it was to protect the walls from taking up building supplies. The pool maybe shared community property with the surrounding houses. Would not stay again. Cost was 3K and it was not worth it.

Dangerous balcony and undisclosed construction
We booked this property for a week stay, arrived to the property, and promptly demanded a refund. We arrived at the location to find that the entrances blocked off by construction fencing. Finally figured out how to get into the parking area and saw that the third story balcony attached to the condo was being held up with metal supports with a 6-inch section of railing missing and covered with plywood. This is dangerous and unacceptable and was not disclosed in the property listing or correspondence with the property manager. A very disappointing and stressful start to our July 4th vacation week.

Always check with owner before booking
What we rented was not what was advertised. The balcony was barricaded due to renovations and the noise (Jack hammers) from 8-5 was so deafening we had to shout to be heard. A major decision in choosing this condo was the view from the balcony. Not to be made aware that this was unavailable was completely unacceptable. We communicated with the owner who was unaware of this. She offered us a refund since staying in her condo would have been one huge headache. The owner may have felt this was a fine solution to the problem, but finding an available condo in February was challenging & took a full day from our “vacation”. There will be no return visit from us. We don’t want anyone else to go through the stress we did. Moral of the story: always check with the owner before leaving home or you may be in for a surprise!
