This condo has been updated with new furnishings, smart tv's and brand new towels and bedding! The unit is also equipped with a stackable washer/dryer for your convenience! If you don't feel like going to the beach you can lounge poolside before enjoying a game of putt putt across the street. There are several great restaurants with in a short distance. The property will include beach towels and beach chairs for your convenience. King sized bed in the bedroom and a brand new queen sized sofa bed in the living room. Comes with one assigned covered parking space.

It was absolutely beautiful sitting on the balcony in the evening watching the sun set. The unit was nicely decorated and clean. The bed was comfy. We really enjoyed our week at "Walking on Sunshine"

We love this condo and its location is just perfect! The condo was clean and perfectly situated on the beach, nicely updated and had absolutely everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and feel like home away from home! We will definitely stay here again!

We loved being able to walk outside and be on the beach and also being able to look at the ocean from our balcony. The place was perfect for the 2 of us. Plenty of great restaurants nearby also.

This location is perfect. It had everything we needed for our long weekend stay. The manager checked in on us during our stay and even helped me recover some personal items that were left behind. We will definitely return for another visit soon!

Beach trip!
Our stay was perfect! The condo was exactly as pictured and very clean which is a must for us. Wonderful location and I view that was stunning. Even saw dolphins several mornings while sitting on the balcony. Great location as well for little places to eat and pick up groceries if you need. Would absolutely come back!

Great location!!
We loved the location of this condo and the bathroom and kitchen goody boxes! Taylor was always only a text away. Easy checkin! The king bed was too firm for our taste. The elevator wasn’t working so that was a challenge but we made it. Go eat at Guppy’s when you visit-it’s amazing! We’ll definitely visit again-if the elevator is working ;)

Paradise found
What a wonderful place! Staying in such an open, clean and beautifully decorated space made it easy to relax and unwind. Having two balconies, we were able to enjoy sunrises and sunsets from our room in addition to the gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico. The pool was very nice and well maintained, had plenty of chairs and had a small, covered spot for some shade when you needed it. The kitchen and the washer and dryer in the unit made it feel like home, and the Winn Dixie and Publix were about a 5 minute drive away. The location is great, plenty of little restaurants and shops you can walk to weather you choose the street or beach. Communicating with the staff of Seaside was easy and pleasant, I'm looking forward to coming back to this little slice of paradise. Thank you so much, this vacation was exactly what we needed!

Updates to Ad for Condo
Hi, We really enjoyed our stay. I would recommend you give more information about what's available in the condo such as, hairdryer, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, some amenities - salt/pepper, ice maker. The only other thing I would recommend is a higher toilet. For us baby boomers we could really use a higher stool. We loved the view of the Gulf and look forward some day to returning to this unit. We spent most of our time sitting and staring at the Gulf on the comfortable Adirondack stools that smartly look above the railing for unobstructed views. The location is great with awesome dining in walking distance and great mini golf across the street. The rental had everything you need.

We stayed in a different unit last time that had a different management company. This particular condo was very clean and well kept. The elevator was broken at this condo location and the management company gave us some trouble but the manager was professional. They knocked down the price and we even filled out all the paper work again for our refund which we never got. We thought it would take a little to process but it’s been about 3 weeks and nothing.
