(wi-fi/cable/HBO), an office (metal/steel/industrial/ desks), a Tiki bar/chill-out/room, and a lounge area (connected to the house), a nice place to spend a rainy day/night. Each room has it's own ceiling/wall/lights/fans, central heat and air conditioning throughout most of the house (except lounge room). There is an alarm system with an outside video surveillance system, for added protection for your safety. Comfortable, cozy and good location
The property was very clean and was decorated just as pictures shown on VRBO. We rented bikes for 9 days and rode south on Pinellas bike trail to Crystal beach, Palm Harbor and a few times to Dunedin. That was our favorite thing to do. Walked the town of Tarpon Springs and sponge docks many times. Tried many good restaurants. Had great weather! Was a fun getaway from the cold! Thank you

Unique in a good way!
The property is so unique, you can tell that the owner has taken great pride and given great thought in the decor. It seems like the owner could be a designer with high end finishes especially in the kitchen and bath. The owner has acquired mid century vintage originals throughout as well as new modern fixtures. While the dark teal, red and orange are tiki colors, they made the place seem dark - needs more/better lighting. Only improvement is the yard, it is amazing space and could be paradise but instead no landscaping - perhaps a work in progress. We enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic 50s getaway
Great location, clean, and different than the mainstream house. Square toilet and bathroom sink. The kitchen could have been stalked better. Great parking. All in all enjoyable.

Atomic tiki
We loved staying at this unique house in a quiet neighborhood, with every room filled with mid century art and furnishings. The kitchen was very well equipped and the whole place was sparkling clean. Dave was highly attentive to communicating and met every expectation. And we enjoyed being tourists in Tarpon Springs.

Wonderful Place
This was an excellent home. I reccomend staying here! The only improvement I would suggest is lighting...it was a bit dark. BUT it was a beautiful place and the owner is the best!

Immaculate & Convenient Property
My husband and I enjoyed our stay here very much. The house is exactly as described with colorful, period pieces in every room. Beautiful 50's theme kitchen that we did not take advantage of because we don't cook when we are on vacation. Perfect location for seeing Tarpon Springs and beaches nearby. TONS of storage space if you need it. The towels provided are really nice and fluffy, and the bathroom is pretty unique. One note for people who have difficulty getting in and out of tubs: the sides of the tub seemed higher than our tub at home. Nice shower head and wand in the tub. Be sure to bring your own shampoo, conditioner, water, and anything else you may need as they are not supplied as in some other VRBOs. Dave was very easy to communicate with and was present both when we checked in and out. We would definitely recommend staying at this property.

Amazing!
This house in Tarpon Spring is awesome, we had a great vacation while we stayed there, and its owner is fantastic. It is located in a quite place but at a walking distance of fancy local restaurants, supermarkets, and cafes. The northern part of the 62-mile Pinellas Trail is just 5 block from there. It is a wide, safe, and beautiful trail that connects towns and island to the south, including Dunedin, Clearwater, St. Petersburg, and Honeymoon Island. Sunsets on the gulf can be seen from some parks a few minutes driving from there. The house is perfect including every single detail. It is for 4 people. We were a typical family with 2 kids, teen and pre-teen boys who enjoyed the place. It has one bathroom and a well-equipped laundry room. Two wide yards in the front and in the park are very convenient. The studio and the porch are great, to relax and play board games at night with the kids. The retro appliances and the tiki culture decoration are amazing. Every room has its own style and color creating a warm atmosphere. The owner responded immediately to any even simple question we had. He is fantastic. Thanks!
