Unit A13 is a spectacular unit featuring: easy beach access, comfortable furnishings, shared pool, balcony with views and much more! This waterfront condo has all the comforts of home coupled with the best views in Clearwater Beach.

Our Gulf front unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and will accommodate 6 guests total. The primary bedroom has a King bed and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 Full beds.

The unit features a fully equipped kitchen with seating for 2, the dining area has a table for 6 guests.

This beautiful beachfront condo is 1350 square feet.

The living area is spacious and you see spectacular sunsets.

Enjoy your morning coffee and awesome Gulf views from your balcony, living area and primary bedroom.

Centrally located, you are only minutes from dining and grocery stores, as well as attractions but why leave when there is so much to enjoy here?

This unit is truly a home away from home.

Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Beach Time Rentals is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY).

AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits.

Great get-away!
Had a wonderful time! Property is well maintained, nicely decorated, comfortable, perfectly located close to what you want but just enough away from the bigger crowds. Looks like the posted pictures. Julian, from BTR, was nice to work with and very accommodating . Great experience and great trip!

We took our 3 small girls to the beach for the first time and this booking was perfect! We had quick private access to the beach, all questions were addressed very promptly, and the view was amazing! We will definitely be staying again!

Beautiful Condo
The location of this condo could not be better. It is a short walk to the beach, restaurants or shopping. You can sit out on the deck and enjoy the sounds of the ocean and see the sunset. It was well equipped for cooking and any items you need for the beach. Could not have been better. The management company quickly addressed any issues and/or questions that we had. I will be booking this for another trip!

This place was close enough to everywhere but still a little more quiet. The room was as described and very nice accommodations. It’s very spacious and the views from the balcony are wonderful. We got to witness two weddings on the beach while we were there. I would stay here again.

Beautiful views of the beach
We really enjoyed our stay and loved the views from our condo. Our group of 4 ladies stayed in unit A13. It was a perfect location. It was walking distance to restaurants and shopping but far enough from the crowds. The condo had beach chairs, umbrella and pool toy toys. The pool was nice. Communication was great from management We had one maintenance issue but it was fixed quickly. Easy check in and out. I'd recommend this property.

Nice beach front property.
We enjoyed our stay. It was a very short walk to the beach and the property also has a very nice pool to use. The only thing that would make the property better is if it was updated with some remodeling and with newer plumbing fixtures in the showers. Some other reviews we read prior to our trip pointed this out and we would have to agree. Overall it is still a decent place to stay with a view of the beach from your balcony. All of the support staff is very helpful as well.

Beachfront Bliss
Beachfront condo steps from the beach! Parking included for one vehicle. Clean, older condo, probably built in the 90's. Lots of updates so it's pretty nice. Heated pool that's shared with the building. Fully stocked kitchen, full sized appliances, washer and dryer, big screen TV in living room and bedrooms, fast WiFi, linens, beach towels. Everything is within walking distance. The Beach is legendary. Mona the property manager is fantastic! Great communication with the rental agency. We had a great time, we hope to return!

Definitely coming back
I rented this property for a relaxing girls weekend on Clearwater beach and this unit was perfect. Location to the beach as well as the balcomy views can’t be beat. The condo is spacious and well maintained. Parking was easy. Great location in regards to restaurants and shopping. Honestly there isn’t much I’d change or offer as a suggestion to improve on. I’ll be back for sure.

a needed break
Our second year in a row down to Clearwater, it really helps to cut into the cold Minnesota winter. Although we were told by a friendly local, the second day was the second coldest for them this winter (LOL), we put it all in perspective to -40 degrees plus a wind chill. To anyone who makes any effort to visit a bit with Mona, you will find she is one of the highlights of the journey, she is made for this kind of work, a real gem. We enjoyed the awesome sunsets along with everything else, Floriday just has a "freer" feel to it, the people are all nice. look forward to next time!

We are a family of 5 with 3 children, ages 4-9. This property was absolutely perfect. The condo was sizable with room to sleep 4 in one room and a king size bed in the other room. The balcony was large and the view was amazing. It is walkable and right on the beach. The condo was clean and had basic supplies. There is a nice washer and dryer. There is a dedicated parking spot. The check in and check out processes were simple. Mona is incredible and I’m so thankful for her assistance with everything. We really enjoyed our experience and would recommend to others.

If you are looking for a property right on the beach, you can't get a better view of the ocean. Property was very clean and comfortable and many amenities provided. Walking distance to all the restaurants.

Very nice place
Overall, it is pretty much as advertised. It's on the fourth floor which I don't think is mentioned anywhere in the listing. I was concerned given that it was unit 13 it would be lower. The view was outstanding. Palm Pavillion is literally a five minute walk and an excellent dinner and sunset spot. I will say that they could have supplied a couple of more towels, but we made do. One other note; all of the parking spots are assigned. Most are under the building. The parking spot for this unit is not. My chief complaint was with the management company. When I booked, I paid my "deposit" which was roughly 80% of the total bill and paid with a credit card. When it came time to pay the balance, they wouldn't accept a CC. They gave a few options, one of which was Venmo. Since I have an account, I chose that. The email came and I paid the balance immediately. A day or two later, I got other bill for $4.69. When I asked, it appears that Venmo took a fee. They told ME to call Venmo and have the fee reversed. I said I wasn't interesting in chasing down $4.69 and to just send me another Venmo for $5 and I'd pay it. "No, we can't do that" was the response. Fortunately, my wife works from home so I put her on the case. After I don't know how many emails back and forth, they finally got it worked out. Bottom line, that was very frustrating. Hope you have better luck.

Was exactly as pictured
We were on the 4th floor overlooking the ocean. Had a nice balcony to relax on. The property itself is secure and locked with codes to get into anywhere, pool, lobby, room etc. The pool is perfect and a nice way to end the night. Beds were great, lots of space in condo. Location is food because it's not smack in the middle of the busy part but only a 5 min walk on the beach to get to things.

Great location and beautiful view
The view from the deck is just as stunning as shown online. You are steps from the beach and pool area which are both wonderful. Walking distance to lots of restaurants, bar and shops. The condo was roomy and had most everything we needed. Would have liked another beach chair as there were 4 of us and only 3 beach chairs to use, but we managed. Would definitely stay here again!
