3 bedroom / 3.5 bath (sleeps 8) townhouse

You will not be disappointed when you rent this townhouse…it has everything you need to have an amazing experience in Clearwater Beach including:

1. Spacious Townhouse - 2400 square foot townhouse with everything you will need to enjoy your vacation including your own private elevator

2. Amazing Amenities – Heated pool, large rooftop terrace, and everything you will need to enjoy a day at the beach. In addition, we have tried to think of everything you will need inside the townhouse for you to enjoy your vacation. You should have everything you need (and maybe even more).

3. Spectacular Location – It is located on the turquoise blue Intracoastal Waterway and is a very short walk to the beach, restaurants, and attractions. If you love fishing, you can fish right off of the pier in front of our house! If you have your own boat, you can keep it at our pier in front of our house.

Spacious Townhouse:

First floor:

- Bonus Room - there is a first floor bonus room with a large sectional couch, TV, Xbox, refrigerator, and bar to enjoy your time. The bonus room opens up through 2 large french doors to the pool, which is only 5 steps outside the door.
- Half Bathroom - a convenient half bathroom is located on the first floor
- Garage - The garage contains the beach supplies, coolers, bikes, etc. Please note that we store our personal car in the garage so you will not be able to park your car in the garage. There is space for 2 medium size cars in the driveway.

Second floor:

- Kitchen - The updated kitchen has premium stainless steel appliances and raised breakfast bar overlooking the main living area and rear balcony.
- Family Room – Large 65" Roki Wi-Fi enabled flat screen TV, kitchen table big enough for 6 people, and a leather couch and loveseat
- Guest Bedroom – Features an en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet and 2 double sized beds with a 40" Roku Wi-Fi enabled flat screen

Third floor:

- Guest Bedroom – Features an en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet and 2 twin sized beds with a 40" Roku Wi-Fi enabled flat screen.
- Master Bedroom – Very large bedroom featuring a king-sized bed, 2 walk-in closets, and plenty of storage in the dressers. In addition, there is a very large master bath with dual vanities and two sinks, jacuzzi jetted tub and walk-in glassed shower with a double shower head and a separate room with the toilet.

Roof-top Terrace:

- The private expansive and spacious rooftop terrace adds to the relaxed setting and panoramic views of the Gulf, the beaches and the island's city scape. There is plenty of patio furniture on the roof to enjoy drinks and watch the sunset at the end of the day.



Amazing Amenities:

- Townhouse Amenities – We have tried to think of everything you need during your stay and have included it in the townhouse. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need, there are plenty of board games, luxurious beds and linens, and an amazing rooftop patio with plenty of seating.
- Pool – The pool is literally 10 steps outside the door of the townhouse with plenty of patio seating to soak in the Florida sun
- Beach – The beach is only a 10 minute walk away and we have included beach towels, chairs, beach umbrella, cooler, play toys, and a wagon to haul everything to the beach.
- Grill – There is a large private grill for your use just outside the door of the townhouse on the first floor.


Spectacular Location:

Just outside your door you will find the intracoastal waterway with private docks to watch dolphins, manatees, or just relax. It is only a 10 minute walk to Clearwater Beach which was rated the top beach in the US in 2018. There are countless restaurants, shops, and attractions all within a short walk of the townhouse.

Beautiful place and great host!
It was a great vacation, it's hard to believe how quiet it was. I could sit on the balcony and hear hardly anything but the breeze in the palm trees. The house has everything! Worth it, definitely.

Our savior!
We had a really lovely stay at this property for 4 nights, and quite frankly we wish we stayed here for our entire trip. We booked a different place for our 7 nights, but between getting bumped to a hotel for two nights and then showing up to a post-construction mess, we were fairly stranded. That's when we came across Glori's place and it ended up being the perfect place to save our trip and redeem the rest of our vacation after a rough start. Everything was clean, it's in a great location, the pool is WARM and our kids loved swimming in it daily, we walked to the beach AND the ice cream shop at the end of the street EVERY DAY. My wife and I enjoyed New Year's fireworks from the rooftop patio as well, which was a nice way to end our trip. We can't thank Glori enough and we're so fortunate her place was available to save our vacation. If we come back to Clearwater, we know exactly where to stay!

We recently stayed in this condo for our family vacation and it was absolutely perfect! The location was great, there was plenty of room for our family and it included bikes that were great for our entire week on the island. Most days we had the pool entirely to ourselves. It was full of everything you needed for your stay. It was cozy and clean! We will definitely be back!

Most Attention to Detail Beach Vacay Stay
Glori thought of every convenience with this home. From beach supplies (towels, stroller, umbrellas, toys, chairs) to bicycles, to fully supplied home (kitchen seasonings, pots/pans, dishes, utensils, food storage bags, laundry).. we didn't have to buy any of those extras on this visit. The house is more beautiful than the pictures if that's even possible. She was quick to respond to every question that we had. The walk to the beach was truly short and every food option imaginable was within walking distance. Clearwater beach is very nice, but a little more crowded than we would have liked. So we ventured out a lot and found beautiful parks and isolated beaches within a short drive from the house. Best VRBO house I have stayed at thus far. Thanks Glori for being so fabulous and sharing your beautiful home with us!

High School Graduation Trip
We vacationed with our daughter and her friends for their high school graduation. The house was just perfect. The beds were very comfortable. We loved the rooftop for our morning coffee and sunrises. The kids loved the game room downstairs and the bikes. They rode them almost every night to see the sunset and get ice cream. We would definitely stay again.

Best Beach Vacation!
The townhouse was awesome and fit our family perfectly. The location to the beach, shopping and restaurants was perfect. Being able to watch the dolphins play from both the master bedroom window and the second floor balcony was very cool. Some of our favorite memories include the night lights and star gazing from the rooftop! We hope to return soon :)

Clearwater Stay- April 2024
Our stay at this property was overall really great. Glori was super attentive and addressed our needs within the hour. The property itself was in a great location, minutes to the beach and some great restaurants. The house came equipped with everything we needed. My only complaint was the dishes were dirty so they required some cleaning prior to use- but this is very minor in the grand scheme of things. Overall a 5/5 rating. We would definitely recommend Glori’s rental to anyone!

Excellent place!
This townhome had everything you will need! 1.VERY WELL STOCKED: extra blankets, pack n play, several beach towels and beach chairs! It also had a beach wagon and coolers, as well as a boogie board and beach toys. 2. LOTS of SPACE: other than the 3 bedrooms, the roof top and bonus space by garage made for enough space for everyone to spread out when needed. The rooftop was such a nice space to enjoy in the evenings with the fire pit table or enjoy in the mornings as well. We saw dolphins often! 3. Glori was AMAZING to communicate with before and during our stay.

Spring Break Clearwater Beach
It was a great week to get away with friends to relax. The house had everything we needed and the space for all of us to have privacy when needed was nice. Virtually had the pool to ourselves a couple days and the location to the beach and restaurants was all within an easy walk. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great setup to relax and enjoy some time away.

Family Beach Getaway
Glori is a wonderful owner. Very easy to communicate with and proactive. The house is very clean and close to everything located at Clearwater. We had my parents and older children with us (ages 19-82) there is something to do for everyone. The elevator was very helpful for my dad instead of using the stairs. We have been visiting Clearwater for years and it was so nice to have everyone together in the same place.

Great property with an awesome location
We had a great stay and the property was exactly as described. From the initial booking to the final day the entire process was simple and efficient. The owner was attentive, but not overbearing. The pool was clean and the water was warm which the kids liked. The complex consisted of six units sharing the pool. We were fortunate in that only two other units had occupants during our stay so the pool was never overcrowded, and for the most part we had the pool to ourselves. The views from the second-floor balcony and the roof top were amazing. It was refreshing to sit on the balcony in the morning enjoying a cup of coffee looking out over the harbor. We saw dolphins in the harbor on multiple days, mostly in the mornings. One even swam under the boat dock, which was cool. The location of the property is what was most enjoyable. The beach is an easy 5-minute walk. Additionally, there were several restaurants/bars within walking distance, which was great. The property was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked. We only cooked one lunch meal during our stay, but everything you could possibly need was readily available. Beach gear was available for use and came in handy. Also, there were three bikes, but unfortunately we never used them. There were plenty of viewing and gaming options on the TVs and the Xbox, which my son enjoyed. We had a great time and everyone loved the property. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Our family had the best time in Clearwater and our rental made it that much better! Excellent location and just minute walks to everything. My youngest son absolutely loved fishing from the pier and my older teens loved the rooftop floor during the evenings. The owner was very accomodating and made sure we had all that we needed to enjoy our stay. We hope to return again soon!

Clearwater beach condo
I have not had a vacation in years. You cannot use the garage because the owner’s car is inside the garage. The garage could accommodate their car and a renters car. But the owners want the garage all to themselves. They don’t provide staff with keys to move the car. The owner lives in Chicago and owns 2 units in Clearwater. When we arrived there was an awful smell inside the home. It took only seconds to find out their was garbage in the three trash bins in the garage that had been there for quite some time. Unfortunately for us gnats and flies had emerged from the garbage and had flown to all 4 floors of the home. We called the owner to make them aware of the situation and they sent their exterminator to the home at 8 AM the next morning. On vacation I like to sleep late so this was not good for me. He left within 5 minutes after telling me there was nothing he could do to remove gnats and flies. I live on a lake in Atlanta GA so we fish all the time. We expected to fish on the owners dock, However, for three days we could not fish on the dock because the dock was being replaced. Had I known that I would not have rented the home. And finally, I bought a very expensive pizza. I like my food room temperature. After buying the pizza, my son and sister and I went to the store to get some ice cream while the pizza cooled. When we returned we there were about 500 ants eating my pizza. This is the first review I have ever given. I feel the owner should return some of my fees.

First and foremost, the home itself was absolutely stunning. The pictures on the VRBO listing did not do justice to the beauty and comfort that awaited us. The property was immaculately clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. It truly felt like a home away from home. The amenities provided were beyond my expectations. From the fully equipped kitchen that allowed us to prepare delicious meals, to the cozy living area where we spent evenings relaxing and bonding with family and friends, every detail was carefully thought out to ensure our comfort and enjoyment. The variety of entertainment options, such as the well-stocked board games, the large flat-screen TV, and the high-speed internet access etc. The outdoor spaces were equally impressive. The well-maintained rooftop patio area was perfect for morning coffees and evening sunsets. The swimming pool was an absolute delight, offering a refreshing escape from the summer heat. It was obvious that great care was taken to provide an environment that catered to all ages and interests. Moreover, I must commend the excellent service we received from Glori. From the initial booking process to our departure, Glori was professional, responsive, and attentive. Lastly, I would like to express my gratitude for the location of the property. It was conveniently situated near local attractions, restaurants, and the beach, allowing us to explore and experience the area without any difficulty.

Great house in Clearwater
Beautiful home and very spacious! Best VRBO I have stayed at. We have a family of 5 and had friends visit. Plenty to do within walking distance. Went to the beach a lot, Shephards, crabbys, kings pizza, cantina, and top golf in Tampa. Went on daily walks and bike rides. Clean home and all of the amenities were great to have. Totally recommend this house close to the beach. Lastly, Glori was very responsive throughout our planning, to make the vacation nice and easy.

Exceeded our expectations
This was not our first experience with VRBO but was by far the nicest house we have ever rented. We had more than enough room for our family of 6. I really appreciated all the little things that were included such as ziplock bags, plastic wrap, tin foil, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There were also a lot of items in the kitchen to use too such as spices, oil, vinegar, sauces, etc. You might want to check those out before grocery shopping! Everything that you could possibly need for the beach is there too. And everything was in excellent working order. The location of this house was perfect. The street was extremely quiet but was within walking distance to everything. The beach was SO easy to walk too, even when you are carrying all the beach stuff. There was a nice path that is within walking distance too for bike riders, walkers and runners. As a runner, it was important for me to find a safe place to run and this was great. The dock out back was awesome to fish on. My husband and son didn’t catch anything big but it could have been due to the wind. We saw many dolphins in the water near the dock during our stay. The communication with the owners was excellent. They let us know of 2 minor issues that were going to be fixed by a maintenance person on our first day. Any questions we had were responded to quickly. I was a little nervous about the contract that was sent shortly after our reservation regarding the rules and the checkout process. They seemed very strict, however after staying there I now know the reason. They want their property to be perfect and it was! I highly recommend this property. If we were ever to go back to Clearwater Beach, I can’t imagine staying anywhere else 😊
