Great beachside condo
The condo was perfectly situated with a pool and direct access to the beach so that everyone in our group was able to enjoy their own ideal “fun in the sun” vacation. Check in and check out was super easy and the condo representative provided great instructions and ideas for local exploring.

Good location, beautiful sunsets, pool and beach access good, parking at condo good, condo was a little dated but in a great location. Good restaurants and shopping nearby. Owner's rep was easy to work with and stopped by to meet us. Enjoyed our 3 week stay.

Great Location, Condo and Host
We enjoyed how close the condo is to the pool, hot tub, beach and great restaurants. Very walkable and clean comfortable condo. Lots of space for three adults. Having access to beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, and pool inflatables was a huge bonus. We liked the private back porch for meals or just hanging out. Can’t beat the sunsets on the beach! Really enjoyed our stay and the host was super helpful and responsive!! Thanks for hosting us!

Great property, right by the beach. Clean and very convenient. Lots of beach supplies, which was helpful. Only negative comment- beach chairs should be upgraded, the one st the house are very rusty and some were broken.

Wonderful place to stay!
We stayed the week of July 4th, 2012. The condo was bigger than expected. Large patio area, on the ground floor which is perfect for kids! It's also right by public beach access for friends and family visiting. We would def rent this condo again:)

Enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean and had several amenities that we used. The only complaint I had was that the living room furniture was not comfortable at all and the shower in the hallway dripped constantly. Other than that it was perfect!!!

Great Place to Visit
We just finished our week at Sunset Paradise and enjoyed the great accommodations, pool, beach, and golf courses close by. There are great restaurants within walking distance, and it was only a short drive to Clearwater to see the Phillies play. The owner was a pleasure to deal with, and attentive to our questions and needs. The condo was close to the beach, beautifully decorated and had a well stocked kitchen. The outdoor patio was a pleasure to relax on after a busy day at the beach or sightseeing.

Perfect family vacation spot
This is our 5th year at Sunset Paradise and it’s truly paradise! We enjoy having such a small property with fewer people but all the amenities. Great pool, hot tub, grill area and company too! Everyone staying here was pleasant and friendly. Our room was perfect having everything we needed for a fantastic week of fun. Plenty of cookware, linens, beach supplies, even board games, cable tv, and WiFi. Perfect for watching the Olympics on those rainy beach days. We really couldn’t pick a better place to be! Thanks Cameron for all your help, too!

Fun in the Sun
We loved our stay. The place was clean, well furnished and in a great location. The housekeeper was very friendly even advised us on some fun things to do while we were there. Great communication from the time we put our first deposit down. if your looking for a place that isn't crazy busy but just a few miles away this place is a great spot! Thank you for a great time and sharing your home with my family. PS the only downside we had, the no see,ums are bad, may want to get some protection being on the bottom floor around the beautiful plants and lizards. I found a fan worked the best as silly as that sounds!!

Mixed Feelings
We stayed here with our three young kids. We had a great week but wouldn’t likely book this place again. Pros: beachfront with pool and hot tub were wonderful. The condo was stocked with pool toys, beach toys, chairs, a canopy, etc. Dedicated parking, small washer/dryer in unit, three bedrooms. Property manager was very helpful. Cons: property was located directly next to a large parking lot with public beach access which made for a busy beach fairly often. Kitchen was lacking in cookware, meaning no sharp knives and poor pans for cooking (some even falling apart). Not a problem if you don’t plan to cook much, but our family cooks almost exclusively due to allergies. Kitchen and bathrooms had no venting. A big issue was that some of the blinds only partially close…the worst being the window in the shower of one of the bathrooms. The other being the window by the front door.

I’m at a loss for words; I even reread the reviews to see how we got this so wrong. We were just so terribly disappointed with the space but made the best of our time together. Checkin process was smooth but as we were unloading groceries in the kitchen, we noticed caked on spaghetti sauce(?) on the fridge. We we cleaned that off as it was gross. The “highly stocked kitchen” didn’t have many things we needed, so we purchased those items and left them behind. Knives are super dull, so be careful when using. I used the blender to make smoothies and had to wash it before use. NO DISHWASHER! I honestly didn’t even think I had to look for that in any listing. My bad, assumed we had one. Washing dishes wasn’t too bad, but no dish rack to put clean dishes on, AND only one dish towel. Not a great way for us to try and keep the place tidy. Location; the listing says property overlooks the Pool area which is next to the beach. What was failed to be mentioned, we had to cross thru a parking garage to get to the pool to get to the beach. So sitting out on the patio overlooks the parking garage. Another big disappointment. And there is major construction/building going on right next door. You can watch out of the kitchen window! Bedrooms; NO CLOSETS! That was a nightmare. Again, didn’t think we had to ask about closets. I “assumed” everyone has closets! We didn’t have anywhere to put our clothes or large suitcases. Not very well thought out. Plus we are gals, and no full-length mirror to be found. The twin beds were so noisy, you roll over and it’s has a terrible squeaking. Surfboard room; Bed is terribly uncomfortable and rolls towards the wall. Really a terrible bed and needs to be replaced. Would have been nice to open the window in main (?) bath but it wouldn’t stay open. The blinds were so filthy and gross to touch. The little Motel 6 type soap bars were truly a joke. It felt like we were in a cheap motel. Cheap single-ply toilet paper. Yuck! It was super nice to have such convenient parking out front and beach chairs we could take to the beach. The umbrellas were broken so we left those out. I’m sorry to leave this bad review as the beaches, restaurants and location were great. We have already been checking out places to stay the next time we come to Indian Rocks Beach. This condo just did not meet our higher standards during our week long stay.

Quiet Beachfront Vacay
Quiet condo on the beach. It had everything we needed for a relaxing time at the beach. I would say have a few more bath towels and dish towels handy but no real complaints for the price. We had a lovely time and the beach is quiet and family friendly.
