Escape to our coastal haven in St. Petersburg! Only 5 mins from the famous beaches and 15 mins to Downtown St. Pete. We are also right next to the Pinellas trail. The 3/2 has a large master bedroom with a king size bed and two guest rooms with queens - perfect for families or groups. Relax in the private backyard with a TV and dining table under gazebo, fire pit, BBQ, conversation set and pet-friendly turf for your pups! There is plenty of free on-street parking in front of the house available.

The Space:
This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom haven is designed for comfort and convenience. The stylish interior offers a fully equipped kitchen, ensuring you can whip up delicious meals or snacks during your stay. There is a coffee machine (coffee pods or drip coffee) with complimentary K-cups, ground coffee, and tea provided, Enjoy the harmonious blend of relaxation and functionality with a dedicated workstation for remote work or planning your next adventure.

Step into the backyard paradise, a large fenced-in space with outdoor games designed for ultimate enjoyment. Unwind in the outdoor dining area, complete with a TV, making it an ideal spot for al fresco entertainment. Your furry friends are welcome to join, thanks to the pet-friendly turf. Gather around the fire pit in the evening for a cozy atmosphere under the stars. Plus, indulge in outdoor cooking with the provided charcoal BBQ and smoker..

Once your reservation is confirmed please let me know if you want me to add one a package to the reservation so I can request the payment. The package will be waiting for you on check in and will be yours for the duration of your stay.

Our friends down the street at ABC Bicycles offer bike rentals that can be ridden through the neighboring biking trail. Rentals start at $40/day and can be directly set up with the shop.

Note: There is a detached guest unit on the property that is accessible from the alley. A tenant does live here and this house is NOT part of the listing. These two houses are completely fenced off from each other and share no common areas. The front and back yard is exclusive to you and your party and cannot be accessed from the additional unit.

Guest Access:
Enjoy complete privacy during your stay – the entire home is exclusively yours with no shared spaces.

The Neighborhood:
Centrally located between Downtown St. Pete and beaches, steps from the Pinellas County Trail. 5 mins to Treasure Island Beach, 13 mins to Tropicana Stadium, and 15 mins to Downtown.

Please note that while the home is fully fenced and private, there is also a separate detached unit on the premises, equally fenced and private.
