What a nightmare
Lift was broken. We were not aware that we had to share the apartment with another couple. We were given the wrong access code. We had to look for another apartment because we couldn't go up the stairs with our luggage. Now we are out of pocket because noone seems to be able to assist us with our vlsim. us with a refund.

The apartment building is unfinished and there is a lot of building dust in the building. Work was being carried out as early as 6.45am and as late as 8pm. There was no information in the apartment to help tourist become accustomed with the area ie local eateries, grocery store, parking restrictions etc It would also be helpful to detail the bus stop number and directions to the property. There was no mention of the other people in the shared property being long term tenants and actually residing there. The camera in the kitchen was intrusive particularly when using the kitchen early morning when still in nightwear.The balcony had building materials on them and were untidy. The private bedroom and shower were a very good size. The apartment had no hot water in the kitchen and the tv was not set up and the bedside lamp’s cannot be used due to there being no usb port to charge them.
