"Apartment was comfortable, modern decorated and a good bed. Stove, fridge and supplies as promised. Nice modern bathroom and good shower. It is right in the middle of old town, so if you have a car you will need to park away from there. There is a lot with day rates, but its a 10 min walk. We were fine with it though - but just know that going into it. Also other lots closer are hourly, so expensive if you're staying a couple days. The courtyard photo looks nice but we never used it. A delicious and well priced restaurant 2 mins walk on the water. 3 bus comes right to the door. 1.50 euros and goes right to at Michael fortress. "Just returned. A beautiful resort with friendly staff but unfortunately value for money wasn't great. Expensive drinks - we expected to pay more but the drinks were too costly for the amount and the portions of food were small (and I'm not a big eater). The rooms weren't cleaned as you would expect - only towels changed. The beds were not made (only left as we made them) and bathrooms not cleaned. Only shower gels replaced. Pas d'éponge, de produit vaisselle dans le mobil homme Luxe (mais un lave vaisselle avec 1 pastille), dommage lorsqu'on est de passage, 2 jours (on ne prévoit pas cela dans sa valise). "Clean, quiet, newly refurbished, complete small kitchen, in the middle of Old Town on a quiet pedestrian street. Only downsides: 1. The owner only accepts cash euros and ATMs in Croatia charge an exorbitant 15%, and 2. The owner is not on premises and sent an email with entry code on our day of arrival, which we did not receive because we did not have data or WiFi that day. Had a bystander call the number on the door and he arrived promptly. "
