Lovely bungalow, enclosed outdoor saltwater pool, screened in back porch, located in golf cart district, quiet neighborhood. Approximately 5 blocks walking distance to the charming historic St. Marys town center and the well-known "Riverfront" area where nice restaurants, shopping, and ferry to the beautiful Cumberland Island await. Fenced in back yard. 2 bedroom/ 2 full size bath.
Children of all ages welcome. Family Friendly.
Dog friendly.
Golf cart available upon request with additional fees.
Boat friendly neighborhood. Two boat landings within one half a mile.

St Mary's Charm
Kai Cottage Was exactly as advertised and more. Went to visit my daughter and grandchildren, and it was perfect as we enjoyed the day by the pool and took the advice of our host and had a wonderful dinner at Locals restaurant. Stacy was the perfect host and very easy to communicate with. Yes, I will definitely return return to Kai Cottage for my return visits

Fantastic pool home in historic district
My husband and I along with our little dog had a great stay at Kai Cottage! Stacey the host was very responsive and concerned about our comfort and stay. She provided great details about the home which made check in so easy. The pool is lovely
