"We just returned from a week trip to Curacao and had the pleasure of staying in this cozy garden villa in Blue Bay. It is nicely situated along the 2nd fairway of the golf course and only a 1 minute walk to the communal pool. It has everything you need for an enjoyable stay, from appliances (washer/dryer and dishwasher) to a beach cooler and even basic necessities, i.e., toilet paper, paper towels, soap and even salt & pepper and a few other spices and cooking oils. "Blue Bay Resort is beautiful and in a great location provided you have a car. Easy access to roads that take you to both ends of the island and a short 15 minute drive to Willemstad. Villa is very nice!"

"Our girls’ trip was such fun…the property was very comfortable for the 6 of us! It was easy to get questions answered by the host and property manager. The kitchen had enough basics for our needs. The resort is conveniently located; close enough to airport, Willemstad, and many beautiful beaches. We would love to visit again!! A side note: Be aware of the hills within the resort and many stairs to get to this second floor villa (if anyone in your party has trouble walking/maneuvering steps)"

"The Pearl of Jan Thiel is truly that. Modern villa, clean and well appointed. Landscaping of property provided ample privacy whether in the palapa, the pool or outside seating areas. While we had no issues, staff was available, friendly and attentive. Would definitely return to and recommend this property. Helpful things to know: House is one of four mirror images of each other on the property. Rental car recommended - walk to beach is downhill but return obviously not."

"We enjoyed our time so much! Close to several wonderful beaches. We had plenty of room for our group of 7. The kitchen was adequately stocked with cooking utensils, plates, cups, etc. It was also a nice bonus that they provided soap, shampoo, and conditioner! There are plenty of towels, including beach towels. No wash clothes though so if that’s a must for you, you’ll want to pack some. "We stayed here for a week in July 2024. We had an amazing trip! Stephanie, the owner was excellent with communication from the beginning. Our favorite part of the villa was the huge deck with couches, table and chairs, hammocks and loungers overlooking the beautiful golf course! Great views and don’t see other villas from there. "The house was fantastic with a lovely view and especially great for our 3 year old who was always entertained with the pool and large fenced in area around the house. Roland was just a perfect host with prompt and helpful replies any time we needed anything. "Overall, this is a great property. There were several scheduled maintenance items that had to be fixed while we were there, so we had to be gone multiple times. It was difficult to communicate with the company to determine accurate times when things would be taken care of. Due to this, our plans changed multiple times, to accommodate the workers. The location of the house was great, and overall, it was a good stay. "
