Horrible experience ever! Nothing in the rooms were cleaned at all! Told and showed the staff and they showed us two other rooms to switch too and was exactly the way! The staff told us that there was nothing they could do except to have us switch rooms. At which point I asked them what's the point of switching rooms when the rooms are just as disgusting as the one we're in? The staff even agreed. Needless to say no refund, only a 30% off our next visit. Hotels.com gave us $50 off our next visit, but still in my opinion not good enough! We walked into crumbs in what looked to be a made up bed, food left in mini fridge, pee on bathroom floor behind trash can and dried on toilet seat, floors were sticky throughout, trash and safety pins around beds, toilet didn't flush, sheets were not cleaned, burnt holes in the top sheets, bathtub looked like it hadn't been cleaned for months, bed skirts had milk spots on them, trash was still left in bathroom, sink hadn't been cleaned either, there was syrup on the floor by the mini fridge, and there was some sort of sauce on one of the walls. If we had had the money we would've gone to another hotel and if it wasn't so cold that night would've even slept in the car! Instead had no other option but to sleep in our clothes on top of the covers. We felt and still feel that a refund would be more than fair!
