I offer contact-free check-in, 24/7 virtual support which limits in-person interaction, and professional cleanings in which ALL the linens are cleaned.

★ 2 Bathrooms: master bathroom and a hallway bathroom

★ PETS: No cats allowed. Dogs must be specifically requested ahead of time and be approved before booking. Please clean up after your pet in the unit and the building, if not, you will be charged accordingly. No pets are allowed on furniture, especially sofas and beds. Excessive barking will result in your reservation being canceled with no refund.

- Short Term Guests: $75 per pet
- Long Term Guests (guests over 28 nights): $150 per pet cleaning fee
- Membership dog park in the back of the building: $75 for the year 2023

★ HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES:
Short-Term Stays: Housekeeping service is not provided during your stay; extra cleanings are available for a fee. For stays over 3 weeks, a starter kit of supplies will be provided, and it will be up to the guest to replenish what is needed.

Long-Term Stays (over 20 nights): $300 cleaning fee and a starter kit of supplies will be provided, and it will be up to the guest to replenish what is needed.

It was a nice unit with minor issues. It smelled awful of smoke. We ran the exhaust fans and overhead fans to get rid of the majority of it. The towels still had some residual odor. One toilet I had to fix because it wouldn't flush. Both toilets are difficult to flush. The overhead shower with the tub has drainage issues. We were always standing in ankle deep water while showering. The water pressure could be better. Kitchen drawers were difficult to open and dishes were chipped. The dishwasher is not properly installed. When the bottom drawer is pulled out to load/unload the entire unit falls forward. The hallway light flickered some. None of these things stopped us from enjoying our visit, we just wanted you to be aware of them. We loved the unit set up and were comfortable in the unit. It seemed clean and if you weren't afraid of walking you could walk to the arch, the stadium and even Anheuser Busch brewery. We were happy to be able to keep our automobile in the underground lot attached to the unit even though it was treacherous to navigate. Still it was better than public parking.

Ballgame-Weekend Getaway…
My family (4 guys) and I attended a Cardinals game and hit up the city attractions (arch, etc.) over a couple of days. The apartment was very nice, parking was easy, and there’s a breakfast joint just down the street. I’d recommend Uber for getting around the city as most things around the apartment are closed. Overall, it was a great stay with a super friendly host who communicated with me quickly.

Short trip to the arch
The unit is great. We had my 91 year old mother with us and we’re able to get her up the elevator and around the loft no problem. There location is close to many things . A bit sketchy later at night and those in the front of the loft may not appreciate some extra noise on the weekend nights as it is active late. Was just fine for us . We had a nice stay there and would stay again if we came back to St. Louis .

Great communication with owners and managers. Clean and spacious. Very comfortable beds, good size kitchen with necessary items. We even were able to pay to park in the building, which was great since the neighborhood is a bit spotty. Would definitely book again.

We loved our time on Washington in this space. We came primarily to visit the City Museum and this location was perfect. The place was comfy and spacious and Maria and Joel were super helpful. We loved the vibe of the neighborhood too. Brunch at Roosters and dinner at Sen Thai were great. Pharaoh’s doughnuts were the best.

Perfect Stay!!!
This loft apartment was the perfect place to stay while in St. Louis! This place is even better than the photos! Very close to all attractions, parking nearby, and a variety of restaurants. The property is exceptionally clean and has everything you need. We will stay here again if ever in St. Louis! Do yourself a favor and book this for your stay!

Family Getaway
We spent 3 nights in downtown St Louis and this was a very clean, beautiful, spacious property for our family of 5! It truly had all the amenities from well-stocked kitchen to linens and toiletries. Maria was very responsive and easy to contact with questions. There was a quaint coffee shop called Blondie's Coffee and Wine Bar directly across the street! The neighborhood was a little further walk to the Arch & Busch stadium than I was expecting. We felt it was easier/safer to drive since attending those attractions at night. Street parking was fairly easy as well as an open parking lot within a block.

Great Place, Excellent Experience
This property is an excellent Stay. Just as advertised, but better in person. When you arrive, you will be greeted off the elevator by a semi private floor off the elevator. Once you walk in, you'll find that there is everything you need: w/d with detergent, extra towels, small supply of toiletries, glasses, dishes, cooking utensils...the usual. It was clean and bright and in the daytime, the bedrooms are dark and cool enough to nap if you need to. Within walking distance are many shops, a large grocery store, gym, haircut/salon and small dog park. The nightlife is hopping if that's what you go for. But the mornings you will find walking their dogs, going to breakfast, getting in some cardio...very casual. So this place is set perfectly for everything. Maria communicates very well and is available for any question you have. I could go on and on. But I highly recommend this Loft. Didn't know how it would turn out, but so pleased I'm thinking of the #loftlife for myself.

Perfect family vacation.
This was the perfect family vacation. The apartment was even more beautiful than the pictures showed. 14th street can be a little loud at night but it was also the perfect night life spot. We could see and walk to the city museum from the apartment. Which is the reason my family visited St. Louis. I highly recommend this place to families of all ages.

Cardinals Trip
We came in for a weekend to visit Busch Stadium and watch the Cardinals play. The property is close enough for a long walk to Ballpark Village, the Arch and most of the downtown attractions. It's also roomy enough to comfortably sleep six.
