4 sisters stayed for 2 nights in this VRBO and we loved it! A bedroom for each of us and 3 bathrooms! Nice enough neighborhood and close to the Arch. It was just perfect and we hope to be back sometime!

The townhouse was perfect for our stay in St. Louis. We had plenty of room for everyone, and it was close to the attractions in St. Louis. The home itself is nicely furnished (not overdone), and comfortable. We all enjoyed our stay!

The property was clean, well designed and very close to downtown. My group was pleasantly surprised with the additional hospitality items (house slippers, waters, snacks, toiletries, etc). The welcome booklet proved to be helpful with food recommendations nearby as well as activities to do in the area. Will be booking this place again during my next visit!

Great stay!
St. Louis received several inches of snow on our arrival day. The property manager called to let us know they had cleared and salted the front steps as well as the back sidewalk and porch. We really appreciated that extra touch of attention. The property has plenty of parking. We would recommend this property to anyone visiting St. Louis.

Great Location
We just stayed the weekend and have to say we were impressed! The location was perfect for all the family activities available in St. Louis. We especially loved that there were 4 nice size bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. That is a big deal when we had a lot of females in our group! The property is still under a renovation process and the future looks bright in the neighborhood.

Wonderful place
The property was amazing! It had plenty of room for our girls trip, which was 4 women and a baby! The extras that were provided was a nice touch! I wish there had been a broom or a swifter available to help keep toddler crumbs cleaned up. I would definitely recommend this location! I would also recommend a baby gate to keep young children from the stairs, because like our group we didn't think to bring one with us

Nice Stay
This is a nice property but some ways to improve the stay. Please have hand towels in bathrooms instead of just wash cloths and shower towels. The bedding did not seem clean especially the comforters. The area rugs in bathrooms were not clean. Is the remodel done? Closet doors were not attached, etc Area seemed questionable. Cute concept of the inside.

Great Stay
Overall great stay! The location and the size of it was perfect for what we needed. When we pulled up to the house we were a little skeptical at first because the front of the house seemed a little old and run down, but the inside was nicely renovated. It’s also not 100% finished and there is still some work to be done around the house & backyard. Overall, we didn’t have any complications and Felix was quick to respond with any questions.

Fantastic Overall
There were a few hiccups during our stay like the floors being dirty, light switches effecting other rooms, and drain issues. However overall our stay was excellent. There was more than enough room for the whole family and the host was exceptionally responsive and was able to assist any issue we had in a timely manner. Might still be a newer VRBO and have some of the growing pains that go along with it, but as a whole we had an amazing stay.

Great weekend getaway!
This was the perfect property for a quick girls’ weekend. The home is close to everything you might want. The check in and check out process was very easy, and property management was easy to communicate with. There was construction going on in the back (new carport) but it was not at all disturbing. They didn’t start too early and were very respectful. Plenty of on-street parking. Three of the four bedrooms only had full-size beds, but that was all we needed for us girls. Having three bathrooms was amazing for all of us to get ready, especially the double vanity upstairs.

House is newly renovated and tastefully decorated. Towels and linens were high quality and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of toilet paper, paper towels and dish tabs. Good WI-FI and streaming services. Felix was always prompt in responding to my communications. They also were extra hospitable by providing bottled waters, snacks and assorted toiletries, such as razors, deodorant, etc. The book with information on local attractions/stores/restaurants was very helpful. The University of St Louis is next door and provides a lovely place to walk. Would definitely stay here again.

Fun location for friends or family
My husband and I planned a spring break trip with our kids (ages 4, 9, 11, 15, 16 x2). This two story brownstone was a great location for us! We were close to the zoo, Union Station, City Museum and more. They provided small toiletries, coffee, laundry soap and a few snack which were all utilized! ; ) Our twins hung out in the bedroom on the first floor offering them some privacy. 3 of the bedrooms had their own TV and all TVs had streaming services provided. The management team was very responsive during our stay. AND I forgot an AirPod in the bed, they called to report finding it before I even realized it was missing and shipped it back to me! We would definitely stay again!
