Overall it worked well for our family, with a few bumps
This is a great option for those traveling with a family, especially if you need multiple room/bed options. There were 3 bedrooms on the main floor, and one bedroom in the finished basement. There was a futon and air mattress in the basement which we did need to utilize for a 5th bed. There's also a TV and pool table in the basement but the TV was broken during our stay. The basement also has a half bath but those guests will need to shower on the main floor.
The kitchen the fully stocked with what you may need to cook at the location - including children's dish ware which was helpful for us. The table seats 6 but we did squeeze 8 in with the leaf for one meal. There is a grill outside but unfortunately wasn't working when we tried to use it. The backyard is nice - but not private! Which is fine, we just weren't used to it.
There was plenty of sitting space in the living room and the TV there was easy to use. The bathrooms and bedrooms were a good size.
We did have an issue when we arrived where the code didn't work, but the owner was quick to respond and did everything possible to get us in as quickly as possible (which we eventually did!)
I definitely would recommend a stay here - the house is well kept and the neighborhood is super cute. I'm only giving a 4 star review because of the broken items that we weren't able to utilize during our stay. Hopefully will be fixed for the next guest!
