When we checked in there were no issues and everything was very smoothe, the first time we tried to use the microwave the fire alarm went off and wouldn’t stop, maintenance came in accusatory stating we had smoked in the room. My companion is seven months pregnant and nothing is smoked around or near her in the first place. Second, after getting settled in after the fire alarm was taken care of their was old pizza crust on the floor by the bed frames. We didn’t order food or have pizza with us so I know this wasn’t from us.

They said that we could check in at 11 am if we paid $55. But, they didn't have a room for another 2 hours. I even called the night before to find out and the girl said she left a note for management. Plus, I asked for a bottom floor and they put me on the 2nd floor. Plus, the hit jets weren't working as they could have. Plus, the bathroom ceiling was peeling off. The towels were rough, too. It looks like they used to much bleach on them. My boyfriend and I will never go back there again. I don't understand why the conditions were like that after they fixed the hotel up. Plus, that was our first time being there, too.

The breakfast ends at 9 even on weekends. There wasn't any towels in the pool area and when asked for some they gave us towels meant for the floor in the bathroom. The shower doors wasn't cleaned after the last guests cause there was soap scum on them. The desk in the room was also so wobbly it made me want to turn it in so that we wouldn't be somehow held accountable.

It’s in a good area and the staff was great. But the facility is in need of repair and it did not seem clean. I had cracks all over the drywall and the ceiling in the shower was significantly peeling.

This place is just off the highway, so easy access & it was only about 20 minutes from the Dome. It was clean & tastefully decorated for Christmas.We arrived on a Thursday afternoon had to wait for a "clean" room with two other couples. When they gave us our room, we went up to it & housekeeping was still in it, so we waited in the hall. The housekeeper was nice & gave me extra toiletries, due to me having long hair & them being out of bar soap. There weren't any biscuits & gravy, so hubby asked about it & was told it woukdnt be a problem for the next day, but it never happened even after a 2nd request that next day (we could have easily have been told "no").Before we went downtown Friday, i saw housekeeping in the hall, so told her i just needed clean towels/washcloths. She said they had nothing clean, but she'd make sure to leave some. When we came back from a DIRT race Friday night, I was suprised to find no clean towels/washcloths. I went downstairs to ask for them & had to wait for the lady at the front desk to go to the laundry area about 10 minutes & she literally came back pushing a huge linen rolllar thing.We left again Saturday to go to another DIRT race, but stopped by the front desk to complain about the lack of housekeeping & specifically asked for housekeeping to swing by (Saturday). We were assured we'd get housekeeping. Dirt races are dirty & you just want a nice clean shower when you get back... Guess what, no housekeeping again Saturday!

The rooms were horrible and over priced and they looked horrible reeked of smoke and the paint was hanging off the ceiling and the bed was caving in the bottom and the shower looked like it had motor oil in it the worst place ever wouldn’t recommend and had too check into a complete nother hotel in the middle of the night at 2 am!

While the staff was pleasant and somewhat helpful, they had no flexibility to make decisions on their own. I was specifically irked by the way the deposit on rentals for third parties was handled. I would also like to note that the pricing, not competitive unless one uses Expedia or something similar, needs to be reviewed. If you haven't used Expedia lately, the website is at best unfriendly or certainly unforgiving as is their customer support.

Stayed three nights to visit family. The pool area was well managed and the front desk staff were attentive and efficient. The only downside was that public spaces (elevator, hallway, lobby, etc.) reeked of weed. It had to be more than one customer contributing to the smell and their room would have had to smell awful. Our room did not smell but I would hope that those who break the non-smoking rules are fined.
