Got there late. Keys didn’t work, went back 3 times before someone opened the door. They gave me an occupied room. So we stood there with all of our things in our hands and waited more for another room. The lady didn’t seem to care. I did not feel safe. Breakfast was just ok. If you like carbs.

This is a very charming family friendly hotel that I’d return to. It was close some of STL’s major attractions, affordable, offered free dinner and breakfast, and had a pool and hot tub. It’s small but that’s what made it great. Not overcrowded. We stayed here on a night we went to the STL City SC game! A great experience.

The staff was exceptionally friendly at this location. The room was clean. Between breakfast and nightly kickback you dont need to spend outside money on food, but if choose too, plenty of options at Union Station. You will have a wait for the elevators. They have two sets of elevators, but only 1 goes to the 7th floor, adding to your wait. Everything else was absolutely great.
