We are centrally located in the Fox Park neighborhood. Less than 10 min from downtown area attractions; great location for getting to major city sites easily by car. The area is a good mix of old classic brownstones and new development. There are a couple of great restaurants in the neighborhood but overall not many shops/restaurants within walking distance. Lots of free street parking out front so no worries there.

Yes! Our neighborhood is among the safest in St. Louis city (reference: Trulia crime stats). Please know that the area is safe and not near the areas (North and East St. Louis in particular) that you hear about in the news. That said, it is a city neighborhood, not gated suburb and you'll find a wonderful melting pot of old homes, new development and diverse neighbors.

Central location to everything we visited.
Couldn't have found a better location close to everything we were visiting. We enjoyed our stay. The Quinn's were very communicative with us, gave us suggestions for visiting, and there weren't a bunch of crazy rules. It was just overall a great stay!

The best place to stay for a weekend away!
My family had such a nice stay. We were in town for a concert, and our stay was so fitting for everything we did. We loved the area, the house’s character, and all the handy accommodations. We all slept comfortably in our own spaces. If/when I return to the area, I won’t look for another place to stay; I’ll just easily book this again!

The location of this unit is so convenient. Check in was very easy and straight forward, the ppace was very clean, and our kids loved it. Beautiful brownstone. Clean with lots of space. Loved the older urban decor. The balcony space, and bathroom (claw foot tub)had to be my favorites areas.

This apartment was just what I needed for my stay. I loved the use of reclaimed wood in the space. It gave it an old feel, yet was very up-to-date. It was very clean and felt comfortable. I loved some of the interesting items used in the decor. I appreciated the host's dining suggestions that could be found nearby.

All in all the property was very nice to stay in, there were plenty of ammenities. The only sort of down side was the heat inside, but this was partially due to the pretty intense heat of the weekend. Thankfully, plenty of fans were available inside for us to use, so it was still a pleasant stay. would recommend to friends.

Great stay, and host was very thoughtful!
This was actually our first ever stay with Vrbo, so I was a bit nervous. But it couldn't have been easier and the host was great. He communicated well and made it clear that we could reach out to him with anything. We didn't need to, as the stay went well. Plenty of room for me, my wife, and our 4 kids. Would definitely stay again if I return to the area.

The apartment was very cute for being an older building. Joe was quick to respond and we were close to the event we were going to. The only con is it would have been beneficial to know it was the upper quad and the only way up was stairs I definitely would have packed lighter lol. Overall the stay was very enjoyable!

Great apartment in STL!
This apartment is full of character! The neighborhood seems to be up-and-coming, with some buildings (like this one) nicely updated, and others apparently unoccupied. The neighborhood seems very safe and has some great coffee/food options nearby. The apartment itself has a big, comfy couch, a fantastic memory foam mattress in the main bedroom, and lovely decor. I also appreciated access to various streaming services, and they welcomed my family with our name on a chalkboard, which was a sweet touch!

Superb Stay
Our family of 5 adults loved the vibe and accommodations of our stay. Joe was an excellent host and made us feel welcome with a complimentary bottle of wine and a personal note. Our king bed slept amazingly, so much so my husband and I are buying one. Loved the alexa element and all the streaming stations. It was a quick Uber to Union Station and the Enterprise Center.
