This beautiful house has 5 bedrooms, 7 beds and 3 1/2 bathrooms. This spacious home situated in a quiet, secured, and beautiful subdivision. This house is only for guests to stay while touring our great St. Louis Area. This house location conveniently nears shopping mall, plazas, restaurants, sam's club, walmart, costco and highway I-270 and 15 minute ride to the Gateway Arch.
In-house party and/or a social gathering aren't allowed in this property due to the Covid-19 and the neighbor's concern.

Nice Get Away
This is a beautiful spacious home in a great neighborhood with plenty of good restaurants nearby. Very comfortable living and sleeping quarters, and a kitchen with everything you need. Bathrooms are very nice with plenty of soaps and towels. This house is so roomy everyone has plenty of personal space. We would visit again. Home away from home!

We are originally from St. Louis and come back to visit family every Christmas. The home was perfect for our family. We spent the days exploring St. Louis and it was so nice to come back to a clean space where everyone had their own bed. We will definitely book again!

Very nice house!!!!
My big family and I stayed with William for a long weekend while we visited our uncle. William is very nice and extremely responsive. The house is very clean and spacious. It is an ideal place for a larger group. The location is also very convenience. Close to the freeway and shopping centers. The neighborhood is also very safe. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit St. Louis. Thank you for hosting us!

Beautiful home with kind owner
The home was beautiful. We had family coming in from all over the country for our mother's funeral. It was a great place to gather together. The owner was very kind and helpful. It is well located close to the highway so it was easy to get around town. I would recommend to anyone staying in the St. Louis area.

Great house in a nice neighborhood
We were very pleased with our stay over the Thanksgiving holiday. The large kitchen, dinning room, and living room allowed us to have a large family gathering (9 adults) to enjoy Thanksgiving dinner. The house had a large assortment of cooking and dinning ware which made this vacation have the feel of being home. Our host, William, was very responsive and checked in periodically to make sure everything was going smoothly. I appreciated the attention to detail, and look forward to our next visit.

Excellent stay in South County
We were a large group looking for a place to stay in South County, close to where I was getting married and this place really worked out well for us. It is close to the city's highways and different parts of the county. It is also close to a lot of places to eat and shop. The house itself is on three levels and is very well maintained. There are multiple living areas for different groups to hang out. William was a very polite and helpful host. 10/10 would stay here again.

Exactly as advertised. Kids loved the open areas. Comfy beds. Great location. Owner made check-in extremely smooth and easy. Minor note was low quantity of cooking equipment, specifically bakeware. We didn't do a lot of cooking but usually we do and it would have been difficult.

Ideal Place to Gather
Seven cousins from three different states gathered for a weekend. It had been five years since the last time. We wanted to be near Kimmswick and this location was perfect. As most of us are now senior citizens we really appreciated all the bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was a nice size. With access to the garage there was ample parking. But our favorite part was getting together in the living area, relaxing and catching up.
