Great home near historic St. Charles
This was a wonderful place to stay while in town for a wedding at the Foundry Art Center. The home itself was such a treat! The location was perfect. Thank you to the host for all the great communication leading up to and during the stay.

Girls Weekend
Our stay was fabulous. I literally cannot think of anything that could have been different. The beds were really comfortable… the theatre room Is where we spent most of our time and it was sooo nice and fun! We would definitely stay again. Hosts were in constant communication to make sure we were happy which was amazing and they even left some treats for us! Thanks for a great stay. We can’t wait to come back!

Loved the House and the Location
I can’t say enough good things about this house and it’s location. The weather was perfect and we enjoyed the large front porch, and swing, tremendously. The house was spotless, well taken care of, and decorated for fall; super homey! The location allowed is to walk downtown and to the riverfront area, we were able to get downtown and to a winery west of Saint Charles in about 30 minutes. Grocery store was a 5 minute drive, and anything you needed was right in that area! We are already planning a trip for next fall and will stay here again, if available!

Excellent communications from Jeremy & Laura and a wonderful, comfortable home! Parking on the large driveway was appreciated and a few personalized touches torches Halloween holiday were thoughtful and appreciated. Highly recommend!

Family getaway!
We have family in the area and hadn’t found a place we loved until now! The property owners were so nice and communicated with us the whole time. We had our little boy with us (just turned 2) and the movie theater was a huge hit. Very clean and had everything we needed. Wonderful location and easy to get around the area. We will be back for further visits.

My friends and I could not have ask for anything more! The house is beautiful and so immaculate. We had everything we needed and more. We especially enjoyed the media room downstairs, with comfy reclining chairs, large screen TV with plenty of apps to choose a movie from! Grandma's Cookies were left upstairs for us, along with snacks downstairs in the movie room. The owners were in constant contact with us, making sure we didn't have any problems. I would highly recommend staying in this lovely home if you're looking for a place to stay in St. Charles!

The house was the perfect location for our stay. We were visiting for a week for hockey camp at the Centene center. The property was as listed. The owners were very communicative. Everything was great! We plan to book again for our visit next year.

Great house
This house is very cute and felt like we were at home by the way things decorated. We really enjoyed the town and all the historic places in the area. Really appreciate all the little extras the owners left, such as Grandma’s Cookies( which were amazing), and the goodies in the movie room area, We would definitely recommend this house to anyone coming to the area.

Just Beautiful
While weather impacted how many in our group made it, my family still had a wonderful staycation. This home is set up to be a very comfortable stay. Since we couldn’t go everywhere we planned, we enjoyed the theater room and a little change from our ordinary routine for a couple nights. The owner is very communicative. I was pleasantly surprised that he even came by to make sure we checked in okay and to let us know he was not far away if anything came up. We hope to stay here again sometime when the whole family can make it.

We took a wrong turn and ended up in an alley on a different block trying to enter the wrong house. The owners were VERY helpful and even came to meet us at the property we should have been at to make sure we arrived at the correct location & were able to enter ok. (Above & beyond? I’d say so!) the property was exactly as advertised. The owners were very quick to answer questions throughout our stay. We felt like high maintenance clients on this trip but we’re treated with nothing but patience and kindness. We would recommend this anytime. A very small improvement to recommend - we would suggest food storage containers. Even just some old butter bowls. Something to put left overs in during the stay.

Girls Night In
I booked this beautiful house for my daughter and a couple of her friends to celebrate her Sweet 16. The girls and I enjoyed a day of shopping on main street and then relaxed in the beautiful lighted back yard and watching movies in the theater. The decor was beautifully done and the house has such character. Would highly recommend if your in the area.
