Family of 4 for a two night stay. Neighborhood was nice and felt safe. Parking on the street in front of house was convenient. Unit was clean and well stocked. Check-in process was simple.
The stay could’ve been more comfortable had the bunkbeds been more stable/sturdy since it would squeak loudly with any little movement from our tiny 75lb, 12 yr old daughter. The noise carried to the adjoining room disrupting sleep. So much so, we sent our daughter to her Aunt’s house on night two so everyone could get a better night sleep. I wouldn’t recommend putting anyone on the top bunk, not even a small child due to instability/noise. The queen size bed in the primary bedroom was comfortable, but felt smaller than a standard queen. Bed felt more like a full size instead of a queen. Couch in living area was cute but not very comfortable. All furniture felt low quality and could use an upgrade. Ventilation in the home was an issue. The place never seemed to cool down to the temp on the thermostat. I got the impression that the temperature was preprogrammed or controlled remotely because it just never seemed cool upon returning even with the air set on 67 and ceiling fans going, which normally would be cold for myself.
All in all it was a decent stay that was somewhat underwhelming due to the items listed above. I’m torn if we would re-book for a future stay due to the bunkbed not being very functional for our 2 kids we need to accommodate.
