"The property looked aesthetically pleasing. I got locked out of my room and had to take the elevator about 4 times trying to reconfigure the card until a staff member came up with me. Then I was told to wait for them to fix the issue and had to wait for almost an hour before being able to get back into the room. Not a discount or compensation for the wait. "

"Checking in was easy property outdoors are clean. Room was clean also.. pool was clean and easy access. Need to pay attention to the pillows and sheets. I would like to think that the pillow cases were washed together with something cotton as there was some residue of white stuff. For the rest it was clean. I Would stay there again. "

"Sunset Reef is fairly new with 7 suites - all with a view. The hotel management and staff are extremely helpful and eager to please. The food in the restaurant is very good. At check-in, we were greeted with frozen fruit drinks, cold towels and water, plus some fruit in the room. Lovely sunsets from the restaurant! Hotel beach is rocky and is being worked on. "
