Fernanda was an amazing help to me and the nicest person I’ve met, she deserves a raise! Hotel was nice and modern also was in a good location close to bars and restaurants. Check in was easy and quick.

After a shaky start with an issue with bathroom shower water pressure, I was provided an alternative room and upgraded which was much better. Staff are helpful and on hand and the breakfast is really good with attentive and friendly staff throughout.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Noru, the service was exceptional and the room was just what we wanted, very spacious and clean. The facilities were great. The breakfast was a good selection. Spa treatments were very enjoyable. The hotel is in a great location in St Julian’s with many food and drink places nearby.

The place to be
Friendly staff, restaurant on site, great location to clubs, bars, restaurants and convenience stores. My only issue was that the room was a little warming to my liking even if I set the temp at its lowest and the shower would over flow and go onto the bathroom floor. Other than that It's a great stay!

The hotel was great, very modern and aesthetic. It has amazing facilities that are there for you to use at anytime and enjoy. The only downside is it’s very close to a party area if you are into that then I think you will be fine, we enjoyed the fact shops and food places were always open but didn’t enjoy how busy it was all the time, the drunk people and mess everywhere. Overall we enjoyed our stay and had a great time.

The reception staff were very helpful however overall my stay was only ok. The included breakfast whilst convenient was average with my bread being mouldy. My room (with Spa and Balcony) was very spacious however my shower could not hold the temperature; constantly changing from hot to cold. The air-conditioning was locked which made it difficult to make comfortable and lastly the room cleaning was poor. 2 used glasses were left unchanged for 2 days until I placed them on the bed; on one day, despite turning on the 'clean my room' sign at 8am, it still had not been attended to when I returned at 5pm and the floor constantly felt dirty.

Chilled and relaxing hotel
We had a lovely and relaxing stay at Noru! The staff were very kind and helpful throughout. The only slight annoyance we had was the lift - it constantly skipped floors and took you in the opposite direction to the button you pressed. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

This hotel was lovely! It was fresh and clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful as well. Rooms are very spacious and they definitely pay attention to details. The only downside is how loud the street is. We stayed in a room that had balcony. It was super loud during night because it’s a party area ( which I wasn’t aware of). However over all, our stay was amazing. I definitely recommend the restaurant downstairs, food is absolutely delicious!

Beautiful new property with excellant staff. Very central and easy to walk to the strip. No noise from outside. Spacious rooms. My only critique is to add turkey or chicken sausage to breakfast. There were only pork options. Otherwise, I would definitely stay here again.

August’24 long weekend stay
Overall stay was very enjoyable. It’s a brand new hotel so all facilities (including rooftop pool and basement pool/spa/sauna/steam room) are up to modern spec; clean and well looked after. All staff we encountered were friendly, warm and welcoming. The breakfast options are good - fresh fruit juices would have been preferred to the squash options offered. Overall, breakfast 8/10. On our 4 day stay, we had issues with the air con on 2-3 separate occasions on the 4th floor but believe this was only an issue for our floor and a new hotel teething problem. When hotel were notified of problem, they were quick to have service engineers working to rectify.

I stayed in Malta fir a holiday for the first time. Did not know it was the night ckub district however, once I was at your hotel everything was great. Donna at the Spa made my va atoon. I got the massage package and she is just a wonderful person and very talented. I spent many hours at the indoor pool and Sauna and Steam room. So relaxing. The coffee shop downstairs also has a nice menu loved the Truffle Ravioli. My room was beautiful and the hotel is just over a year old. Staff were all friendly and kind. I found a travel agent around the corner and booked all my tours through her. The pick up point is only a five minute walk from the hotel. I had the best 10 days in Malta I will definitely be back. Thankyou.

This is not a hotel for business travellers or for families. The hotel is new and narrow in width and the majority of its clients are party-goers. You can hear everything from your room even your neighbours who are talking next door. The staff is pretty friendly I admit. Beware of the balcony doors as you can lock yourself outside due to how the door lock is designed. This has apparently happened to a few staying at that hotel. All in all, I don’t recommend staying here if you’re there for work or are looking forward to a relaxing vacation. You won’t get that there. Mr. E.

Non è stato un soggiorno gradevole sotto molti punti di vista, riguardo il pulire la camera, la facevano alle 15,30...poi riguardo alla cauzione,dopo aver controllato la camera ed era tutto ok,non hanno restituito le 200 euro della cauzione....questo ci ha sconcertato parecchio!Veramente da non tornare,né consigliare.

Struttura nuova e moderna, camera ampia, personale gentile e buona colazione in una sala molto bella e panoramica. Punti a sfavore: non c è parcheggio , quindi va cercato in zona gratuito sulle strade adiacenti o a pagamento custodito. Acqua della piscina interna non calda. Sul balcone non si può fumare.
