"We had a good stay. However, there was a big name concert in the city this night that we were also attending and the restaurant/bar in the hotel was VERY busy, over booked and we were unable to get service for food and drinks. "The rooms were clean, and I had a large suite that made my stay very comfortable. The bathroom was a bit cramped, but the friendly staff helped make up for it. "It was very convenient that you could pull up and park right in front of your door but you could get blocked in easily. The water pressure and temperature were very awesome. The staff was great. The ice machine was down so they still provided us with ice from elsewhere. The most inconvenient thing was having to enter the key code every time you entered or exited the property."

"We stayed here for a little Christmas vacation. House and property were as advertised, and very beautiful all covered in snow. Perfect peaceful getaway spot. Sauna was the icing on the cake, we took one every night. Would happily come back. "

Ice Fishing Paradise

"We arrived at the cottage in the afternoon, we were greeted by the hosts, given a walk through and were fishing with in an hour of our arrival. Gord and Lori Ann were extremely helpful and great to deal with. We even got a few fishing tips, to help get us started. The cottage was very clean and well equipped. We are already planning our next trip up! Such a beautiful area.. "

Island Paradise

"Kristy’s home is beautiful! Ample bedrooms for 10 that includes a cool bunkie with bar and shuffleboard. The house is nicely appointed with pots, pans etc. Very spacious with lots of room in the kitchen and living room to hang out. The screen room off the kitchen was my favourite. Great view and screened to keep the bugs away. The view is wonderful and the property has a relatively long private sand beach that is awesome for swimming, relaxing, launching a paddle-board or kayak. I’m sure fish can be caught by wading or off the dock in front of the bunkie. Fire pit area is large and has a great view. Tennis court that includes basketball nets is a great addition to the home. We had a great time and I would rent this lovely home again😁"

Cottage stay in Jocelyn Township

"This is a beautiful property along the shore of Lake Huron. The owners are clearly very organized and well prepared for visitors. We appreciated all the amenities left for our enjoyment, - paddleboat, kayaks and enough wood for campfires. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to explore St. Joseph Island and surrounding area."
