"I got sick the day I got on the overnight train to Kolkata so when I got to this hotel I needed some help, and the staff did a great job, getting medicine, bringing food, etc.. Understand that this is a very basic hotel and not to western standards, but it's right in central Kolkata for a good price. I can't complain."
