"The area around the property at plenty of restaurants there were buses that you could take in either direction of the hotel to find food or entertainment. Customer service was great. The room was OK except for the bed. It was kind of lumpy"

"The room was very clean and comfortable but as I was checking in, a clerk was very mean and rude to a guest that wanted a bucket for his ice. This made me want to leave and get a refund and we were exhausted and needed rest. The walls are so thin that we could hear our neighbors talk clearly, and cough all night. "

"We booked a room but we're upgraded to a suite. Very comfortable bed, big room and clean. Pool was closed but we didn't plan to use it anyhow. Said breakfast until 9. We went down at 8:45 and everything was gone but waffles. They did bring a few things out after we asked. All in all a nice place to stay."
