We (2 laid back couples in their early 30’s) thoroughly enjoyed our time at this beautiful property, & were so sad to leave. Pictures do not do this place justice. It is absolutely beautiful. Very clean! The area is very quiet & secluded. Our husbands loved observing the wildlife (iguanas, deer, & beautiful birds can be admired from the pool deck) The outdoor area was our favorite part, we hardly even went out to eat because it was too hard to beat the evening views, and sky full of stars that we had here. I was originally disappointed before arriving that we were not able to rent in Cruz Bay due to everything being booked, but after arriving here, I immediately changed my mind. This villa is STUNNING and very close to Cruz Bay, and all of the grocery stores, sights, and attractions, BUT without the crowds! (Everything was less than a 5-15 minute drive) The villa had beach chairs, pool floats, and 2 ice chests that we used a lot. The kitchen was equipped with everything. We cooked almost every night, and had everything we needed. The grill outside worked perfectly also, and we loved the outdoor dining and lounge area. I loved that all of the light switches were labeled, so it was never a guessing game. The bedrooms had AC & stayed nice & cold. The beds were very comfortable. (The bedroom doors do not have locks). We loved the outdoor shower, however if you attract mosquitos / no see-ums like I do, then I highly recommend getting a citronella candle or the coils to light and place on the ledge of the brick window because they do not have window screens; & I was bitten A LOT the first night before I learned my lesson. No one else in our party had any issues. The property manager Mark was great! He picked us up & showed us around the area, and the villa on day 1. He very easy to contact, & super quick to respond. Very friendly & knowledgeable about the island, & things to do/ eat /places to park. Not a negative, but my only wish while we were there was that there were more bath towels. We only had 1 body towel and washcloth per person, so we had to wash them every day. I understand that St. John has to buy their water, and we did try very hard to conserve as much as possible; but using a dirty towel is not something I will do, & conserving is hard when you only have 1. Shampoo, conditioner, soap, & lotion were in abundance though. We truly loved it here. Do NOT hesitate to book this property, you will not regret it! We can’t wait to come back!
